I was traveling through town with my wife and stopped at the drive-thru for our usual order: a giant JJ BLT with cheese, toasted. I’ve ordered this the same way for years, and I clearly specified “toasted” when placing the order.
The sandwich came out very quickly, but it was not toasted at all. We pulled forward, noticed immediately, and returned to the window to explain the error politely. The employee insisted I hadn’t asked for it toasted—even after I repeated my original request verbatim. She then offered only to let me repurchase the sandwich (which was still completely untouched and whole) or contact the manager, Mike.
This was disappointing customer service, especially for a simple fix on an obvious mistake. No apology, no willingness to remake or correct it—just deflection. As out-of-town travelers heading to the airport, this left a bad taste.
I hope management addresses training on order accuracy and basic customer service. Won’t be returning.

I came in here to pick up a door dash order. There were several employees working and no one would come to the counter or even acknowledge me. Until finally i spoke with a girl who seemed extremely annoyed that I was as at the counter. She didn’t even say anything to me she just looked at me. The food wasn’t even for me. But the customer service was honestly horrible. I even thought about getting a bag of chips and pasta salad. But why would I spend my money somewhere that the employees look bothered by my presence?

I ordered a veggie sandwich and I ordered you know extra toppings but this was like overly toppings cheese everything was thrown everywhere it was a pound of pickles a pound of tomatoes a pound of cucumbers it was like the person was upset or something making my food and the person that made it was the manager cuz I called them and the manager said it was her that made my food but I asked her like why would she be serving her customers this type of of food clearly she does not care about this company.

Just an average fast food place. Nothing special, they didn’t even have bottled water which I found puzzling. Who wants to survive on soda? For those of us who don’t drink sugary drinks, at least sell bottled water.

For some reason, this place feels it is ok to leave my food on the floor of my apartment hallway by my door. I clearly asked them to knock on the door because I am home, but they disregard my plea and leave my food on the floor by my door, without ever knocking??? I don’t eat off the floor!

Placed an online order, 45mins later I’m still waiting on my food. Manager needs to be drug tested ASAP. Customer service in non existence. I wouldn’t recommend this whole in the wall and for sure would not recommend anyone eating here.

They have people working the register who struggle with basic math and working out change. Handed them cash with the change to avoid dealing with a ton of change returned and they of course, handed me a wad of change that was incorrect. These people make up our society. They’re out walking around amongst us. It’s unreal they’ve survived this long.

Ordered a catering box for Super Bowl and this is what they gave me! Absolutely ghetto, unprofessional, and unsanitary. The Manager was rude when I mention that I would’ve like to have been contacted once they realized they ran out of catering boxes so I could’ve chose a different location maybe or just left them wrap normally. She hung up on me and I contacted Corporate and the owner of the store has yet to reach out. Absolutely ridiculous.
