I ordered my food online, my food was done instead of giving it to me the old lady working made me wait till someone else’s food was done and kept telling me to wait even though it was done and sitting there. Very rude I was not being rude to her at all been in there multiple times and I’ve always been very nice to her while she constantly has an attitude don’t know what her issue was. My boyfriend ordered to this location before too and had the same issue. Also they’re constantly turning the online ordering off.

i work at the mall and eat here frequently. whenever Leticia makes my sandwich, she always stiffs me on the tomatoes. I ask for more every time but apparently whenever she makes the sandwich im only allowed 4 slices. if anyone else makes my sandwich i get what i would consider an adequate amount but Leticia never gives me enough, and when i ask for more she tells me its not allowed. Ive been to many subways and asking for more of any veggie has never been a problem. Why is it that this location theres a hard limit of 4 slices of tomato to a foot long sub?

I ordered a 6 inch sandwich from here. I got my sandwich and there’s all of the bread missing from the inside of what should be a 6 inch in other words, My sandwich was being held together by two skinny pieces of burnt bread.

All the bad reviews are completely true! I go there frequently. The employees always have a mean face on and are insanely rude to any question! Their tone is absolutely disgusting! I have faced this treatment 9/10 times now. Their manager needs to sort s**t out! If the manager is the same then the franchise needs to take action! I lose appetite everytime i buy bood from there! Worst eatery i have ever been to in America! Absolutely horrible!

Horribly RUDE. Not the customers fault you only have 3 kinds of bread available. When straws are out and a customer asks if you have any, no need for the nasty glare. The poor woman behind me with 2 small children was treated like everything she asked for was a problem. Next time I will wait in the long line at another restaurant.

The staff here don’t care about you or your businesses, and they aren’t shy about it. They took a few minutes to talk to each other before helping me, even when I was in plain view at the counter. Then the lady making my order got visibly frustrated with me when I asked her for three different veggies on my sub, even asking “You don’t need that much, do you?”
I don’t know if the management here is unaware, apathetic, or just can’t find any good people, but the staff here make this a horrible Subway.

Employee, female, was so rude to my nieces when I sent them to get a sandwich and chips and drink and 3 cookies for the youngest niece while I got Chipotle next door. Refused to ring up a drink for them and was so rude and nasty to me when I confronted her about her behavior towards them. I ended up paying extra for a drink anyways but I’m so disappointed in her behavior as I work at a different subway and this is not how we’re supposed to treat our customers.

I did not order in the store, the place was clean. I ordered online. I ordered a salad and a sandwich. The sandwich didn’t have extra spinach as I specified. The salad was not cut or mixed but just placed in the bowl laid out. I asked for light ranch and my whole salad tasted like ranch. I believe this was very lazy because I had to go find a plate and mix it myself and then cut the tomato and cucumbers. I also ordered extra chicken in my salad and did not get the extra chicken.
