Jessica that works here seems to hate her job and is very rude and unprofessional. Me and my wife was wanting to ask some questions to decide whether we wanted protein bowls or sandwiches and apparently we were taking too long. Jessica kept asking how many sandwiches we were having and on wha bread after knowing we didn’t know yet. The whole time she made our sandwiches she was extremely short and rude with us and when we were paying at the end with a $50 she let out a deep sigh and asks if we seen the signs on the front door and around that said the don’t accept $50 Bills. We hadn’t tbh we were too hungry to pay attention. Based on her attitude and the sloppiness of our sandwiches we won’t be back.

I had just ordered an Italian BMT Footlong on Herbs & Cheese toasted, w/ Black Olives, Lettuce & Jalapeño along with Mayo, Mustard, Salt & Pepper and of course 4 cookies one of eaxh kind & surely I highly recommend ordering from this location for the two associates that gave outstanding expectations & providing the best customer service & great vibes. I had the BEST Subway experience today! A bald gentleman with a beard (I didn’t catch his name) made me the best sandwich I’ve had in years. I ordered the Subway Club, and he took the time to ask how many slices of cheese I wanted, how toasted, how much sauce—every detail! Because he cared enough to ask, he got it 1000% right. This is now my go-to Subway, and honestly, this gentleman deserves a raise and should be in charge of Subway training nationwide. Outstanding service and an excellent sandwich!

Visited this location for my second time since moving here and both times I have experienced exceptional customer service. I do want to give a shout out to Logan and Pete for the service provided on the second visit, they are AWESOME! The food was delicious, my husband said the best one he’s ever had and he always gets the same thing. The music playing is great and the eating area is huge and provides sufficient space between eating areas. I appreciate the customer service here and will continue to come back.

Slowest service of my life. Why do they only have one person working at 7 pm? Honestly to me seems poor staffing. The cashier and sandwich artist was very nice but at the end of the day, the company failed this employee by not staffing. Stood here for 30 minutes cause they lacked to staff this location. Management needs to do better as it reflects on the efficiency here. No reason why I’m having to wait this long to get a sandwich. There was only two customers here and yet it still manages to take forever. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Listen! Pete! Such a bomb sandwich artist WOW! Incredible customer service and patience! I had 6 subs and he made every sub perfectly and made one happy lazy family’s night BIG TIME! We had a family member pass that night and nobody cooked. When I walked in to the subway, Pete greeted us politely and decided to pursue making our subs with respect and appreciation. He did not know our family member had passed. We had another patient customer waiting on us and even she was so kind and patient while Pete continued to make our order. He deserves a raise and some gratitude by Subway. I worked for Subway for almost 2 years, so I know what’s stress is involved with handling a sub shop all by yourself during the dinner rush. Pete handled it acceptably and with pure respect. What a guy! Keeping subways name truer!

Waited inside for a very long time for a pickup order. Was eventually given the wrong order. Had to go inside and the worker waited to even make ours, went straight to the person in like to make theirs. And she is soooooo slloooooowwwwwww. It wasn’t even busy either. – Was told off for asking for our pickup order to be made before the walk-ins after waiting 20 minutes! Definitely don’t recommend this location. Only reason we got out order before an hour hit after our pickup time is because the manager got off break and got to us after 5 minutes.

Omg came in 11/26/2025 and LAY LAY gave us 100/100 customer service! She was so nice and patient! She worked the hell out of that store BY HERSELF may I add. I went here yesterday afternoon. It was dead and the only guy at the counter was amazing! The non carbonated drink I got (watermelon, cucumber, etc) tasted a little off and my rotisserie chicken had an off taste as well. But, not going to lie I still ate my sandwhich.
