First time ever trying pho and I’m glad it was at Pho 79. I ordered the Pho 79 bowl, added all the toppings, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and everything came together perfectly. The portion was generous and the whole experience exceeded my expectations for my first pho. Definitely coming back!

It’s not your typical mall foodcourt place. and we’re so happy to find an authentic Vietnamese place nearby. We ordered 2 pho P5 (steak & flank) and P7 (brisket & meatball). The broth tasted fragrant, a little on the sweeter side typical of Southern Vietnam and meat cuts were tender. As a Vietnamese, I could tell they put a lot of work into sourcing the right cut and try to stay as authentic as they can. Both soup came pipping hot with all the required herbs and condiments.
The only slight critique is the noodle was blanched in hot water and sat in a bowl for a while before they added the hot soup and when it got to us, the noodles stuck together in the bottom of the bowl and broke as I loosen it up. This was an easy fix though so I didn’t deduct a star. Other than that, great foods, amazing service. Newer restaurant just opened a month so giving them some grace as they start. They made our day by giving my toddler a little bowl and her own spoon and fork so I can give her some of my noodles so it’s not too hot (customary in our culture). Looking forward to come back and try more dishes.

Pho 79 is easily the best pho I have had in my life. The broth is perfect. You are given plenty of toppings and the staff is so nice and friendly. I reccomend the beef brisket pho and the Thai tea. It’s better than the bubble tea place. The prices are great and everyone needs to check it out.

This place is super great, don’t underestimate the location it’s probably one of the best spots in that food court. Jaun, the person in the photo is super friendly.
We really appreciate the fact that they offer a dine in bowl for the Pho, as putting piping hot soup in plastic is toxic. The Pho was delicious and fresh, Highly recommend this place. If you dine in here, ask for a re-usable bowl/dish and skip the toxic plastic!
