We had such a great experience here! The food was really good and juicy. The red pickle is amazing — everything was so fresh and tasty — and the salad dressing is addictive and it’s agave based. (I didn’t get the name of it) Everything tasted homemade and my babies loved it too.
The atmosphere here is perfect for families, they have high chairs and the worker made us feel comfortable and welcoming. It’s so nice to find a place where both adults and kids can enjoy a meal together. If we ever pass by again through ellensburg I know where to go and EAT a lot of food.

My wife and I had brunch at the Red Pickle on Sunday, November 30. It was so good. My wife had the Tacos of the Day, and I had the Breakfast Chimichanga. I understand they also serve dinner food. We will be back.

We had the veggie burger and pita with guac. Definitely do try the veggie burger. Wouldn’t recommend guac and pita however.

Upon entering, we are greeted with a vibrant dining area. Although the layout is a bit unusual, it feels comfortable and inviting. I must caution that the large table for six to eight people is a few inches too tall for the chairs, but it’s a beautifully hand-carved piece. Today was a busy Friday lunch, the day after the Fourth of July, but the service was good. I look forward to returning during a quieter time to see if the service is flawless. Let’s focus on the food. The burgers are generous and delicious, and the tilapia tacos are absolutely delightful. The simplicity of soft double corn tortillas, diced fruit, thinly sliced cabbage, and cilantro creates a tasty treat. The amount of fish in each taco is impressive, and the seasoning on the fish, along with the simple taco sauce, adds a wonderful flavor to the already tasty tacos. I recommend coming in for the tacos, the goucito, and especially the rosemary fries. And while you’re at it, keep calm and red pickle on!

This restaurant is amazing! The perfect place to relax with style, art, unique food that’s bursting with flavor and impeccable service. The Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had! The wasabi fries just wow! I highly recommend this place and wish we had one in Olympia!

It’s a nice restaurant bar with mostly Mexican food.
We tried their burgers, chicken sandwich and tacos and were happy with our food.
Nice atmosphere with inside and outside seating options.
Drinks were also good

The only thing I didn’t like was their burgers, bun. It was refrigerated-cold and had a weird texture

We were passing through on our way to Seattle. Stopped in based on their website. The food we ordered was reasonably priced and was also delicious and well cooked. The calamari was excellent and the people were very nice and attentive.

Dropped by for a quick bite- it was understandably not quick. The staff were busy and running around, so it took nearly 15 minutes after being seated to be served. The decor, walls, and tables were worn, but I like knowing it’s likely because it’s been around and people are coming here. There’s a wide variety of menu items which sounded delicious. When my chorizo burger came… the fries were decent, but the meat was lacking. Loved the pretzel bun, it gave the burger heft. In the end, it’s a bit overpriced for what it was.
!! The only thing I would warn is to look at your water cup beforehand… the cup pictured is my significant other’s. There were floaty bits and the cup had debris on it as if it was not washed well. We asked for a different water. Then I watched a nice waitress fill up waters for other customers, she noticed some stuff on the cup and picked at it before STILL SERVING the waters. Unfortunate because the staff were super friendly and nice.
