I was one of the first regulars when this location opened over 10 years ago. Service and management shifted, and there were times we did not go to this location. However, I’ve been coming here 3-5x/week for the last few years, and love our crew! Huge shoutouts to Lucas, Erico, Yani, Claudia, Annette, and Cassie (mgr) to say a few! I usually get the same item every time, and they start inputting my drink at the drive through by my voice. Stellar service, consistent quality. It’s a joy to pick up my drink (especially when corporate keeps raising those prices, this crew makes it worth it!)

Service tends to be slow, and mobile orders for drive-thru often take just as long, if not longer than ordering in person. Parking can also be hard to find, which makes quick stops inconvenient. The staff is friendly, but overall, the location could benefit from better traffic flow and faster service.

I would like to ask whoever works at Starbucks or manage it to ask the customers how would they like their coffee. Early in the morning before my appointment I went to this branch to get a hot drink and something to eat, I ordered mocha cafe wanted my coffee hot. To be honest, I didn’t tell her hot because I didn’t expect it comes cold, or I excepted that she would ask me. I come to this Starbucks almost every Tuesday and Thursday. The customer service is always great!! They are always prompt and helpful. They even ask if your order is correct. I always ask for light ice and they complete my order correctly. I have been to some Starbucks that will put that you asked for a larger drink and when asked to put light ice they still put the regular amount sometimes more. This and the one on North Fry are my Starbucks ♡ thank you for the wonderful service and great attitude. I have heard your manager/supervisor in action and she seems very sweet and respectful. I have attached a picture of the Double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich. One of my fav breakfast items to order.

Very refreshing! I love it when they step-up and go “ALL-IN” on the FREE rewards drink!
I like to use my FREE drink reward (earned by using the Starbucks mobile app to order and pay) for a “smash-up” drink I made up by combining all of the ingredients of a Salted Caramel Frappuccino with all the ingredients of a Mocha Chip Frappuccino and blend them ALL together in a Venti, with all the sauces and crumble toppings on top!
Always as picturesque as it is delicious!
