Thank you, What The Pho, for serving up this hangry gal some excellent phood to go in a hurry! Loved every tasty slurrrrp!
The garlic noodles with shaken beef was super aromatic from the garlic butter, umami from the brown sauce where the tender beef was cooked. The pasta was cooked more than I liked and it’s recommended that you eat the dish on the spot. After mixing with the brown sauce, the aromatic and buttery taste goes away and pasta soaks too much of the sauce.
Plenty of herbs with the dishes which makes it more refreshing and fragrant.
The service was good with one waiter multi tasking and with help from the kitchen serving the food.
Overall, very hearty and authentic tasting Vietnamese food.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Because I ordered 80 egg rolls at arrival, therefore, it took at least 20 mins wait to get them ready. While waiting, I ordered the spring rolls which are tasty as well. My friends also like their fried glass noodles and fried rice.
The shop is decorated with a lot of Lunar New Year stuff with a festive atmosphere. The service can be a bit slow since the waiter also takes phone calls for to go orders.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Plano, this place offers exceptional food that tastes homemade. The portions are very generous, with one entrée and one appetizer easily serving two people. The desserts are amazing, especially the three-bean jelly drink dessert. Highly recommended!
Not only that, I was SHOCKED by serving sizes and price of meals.
Happy to have found this Pho spot.
