Best Bojangles I’ve ever had both times I’ve gone here. The food was all hot and delicious and the two girls working there were really friendly. They actually filled up the gravy containers and most locations don’t and all the pieces of chicken were big. Dr Pepper was just right. Service was pretty fast too.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich! Waited ten minutes for it to cook, but it came out cold and had a burnt oil taste to it. I hope I don’t get food poisoning! Ordered a three piece with two sides, got french fries as both sides and photo speaks for itself! Do better Bojangles! Got three employees working and not busy at all! Won’t be eating here again

After 6 months of staying away, decided to give it another try. Again orders were totally messed up again. Simple orders with no changes, straight off the menu and they still can’t get them right. Have complained before and been promised a gift card for getting the wrong order. Never received. The owner really needs to fix this place! No more trying, will not be going back. Plenty of other places to go that might actually care. Sad excuse for a business.

Absolutely love this place. It was my first time here, but I had an absolute nightmare of a time with the app. I went inside and told the lady at the register, then she got the manager – the whole crew came up to hear me out on what happened to try and figure out what was going on. They instantly made things right for me with no hesitation, when they could’ve just told me to call customer service and get a refund. They made sure my order was correct multiple times before bringing it out to me, so that they could make sure that I was taken care of.
The manager & crew went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate about this place. It may have been a small thing for them, but it was a massive thing for my son and I, since we drove 20 minutes just to go there. You won’t get this kind of service from the “golden arches”.
As for the food – amazing. Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve had here in the last couple of years since “CFA” has went downhill, giving you less and charging your more. It’s just spicy enough to consider it spicy, but not too hot. It was nice and crispy. The fries? Forget about it. They’re amazing. Super crispy and I love the seasoning. My son was a diehard “CFA” fan, but now it’s my son’s favorite chicken sandwich. Right across the street – who knew?
We can’t wait to go back!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOJANGLES!!! Literally the worst bojangles you could ever experience. They’re always slow. It took me 30 min to get OLD food today a long with them leaving out a biscuit. Clearly management is not doing their job and hasn’t been for about 5 years. They run out of ketchup, we’ve had to ask for the tea inside the building because they don’t put it out like they’re supposed to. I could go on forever. I don’t know how this location is even open still or even aloud to run.
If you’re visiting the area, STAY AWAY. Go to the bojangles in Cornelia if you want it. It might be further away but at least you’re not going to be there an hour long and get old nasty food. Maybe someone needs to reach out to corporate on this location.

Grabbed dinner on the fly tonight and rolled into Bojangles I didn’t know they closed at 7pm and they still served me and they did it with a smile. Amazing and over the top service tonight I will definitely be back.

I ordered two steak biscuits and an order of Bo tots for breakfast through Door Dash. The biscuits were horrible. They were super thin and not cooked all the way, very pale. The tots were soggy and not crispy at all, as if they were not cooked long enough. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Bojangles in Cleveland. I was very disappointed because I’ve always have been happy with their food.
