Took my kids here they both got a 6 piece kids meal. One with barbecue sauce and one with honey mustard. Do you know they charged me for the sauce that supposed to come with nuggets. After receiving my money back for the charged sauce I was told you have to pay for dipping sauce even if you purchased nuggets. Yea we will ne spending our money at McDonald’s or Wendy’s places where dipping sauce is free when you purchase nuggets.

Food: sloppy/messy from way too much sauce. I couldn’t even hold it. I was the only customer and it still took unusually long. However I was lucky because they usually run out of key ingredients like bacon randomly, probably not ordering inventory correctly. The sprite had no syrup in it at all. It tasted like soda water. No stars
Service was slow, seemed like only kids were working. No greeting, no thank you. Very cold exchange. No stars
Atmosphere: I didn’t go inside, however you can see there back room and service area from the drive through. Again, seemed like kids were in charge and not caring about anything besides cell phones. No stars

Horrible I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. They had no bacon and when I opened up my burger, it was a single burger not a very good presence. We ordered a BBQ they had no crispy onion no jalapeño and no bacon so how do you have a specialty sandwich without all the specialties? And they had no lids for any other sodas.

I have given a great review before. I dont know what happened since then, but had to wait awhile to be waited on, eventhough i was only one in line. 01/15/2026 order taken at 1013 & finally received at 1023. Coffee was luke warm. Hash browns were cold. French toast sticks room temperature. The only thing hot was the croissant sandwich. Very disappointing!!

I asked if I could get only and egg and cheese croissant at the drive through if I ordered my deal through the mobile app. They said yes. I then waited at the window and the reconfirmed only egg and cheese, I said yes. They gave me the food and I left. I opened up the croissant and it was sausage, egg, and cheese. I then turned around and went inside to get it fixed. The person at the counter then argued with me about and said I ordered a sausage. I said the people at the drive through said I could switch it and confirmed it multiple times. She then gave me a face, didn’t say anything and left. Someone else then came and brought me the correct one. I don’t get the reason for the attitudes? Very bad experience overall, I wish people were just nice about fixing an issue they caused.

Today Valentine’s Day 2026. I just left the Burger King on US 41 in Apollo Beach off of 19th and I was waiting at the speaker box to place a order and the employee took everybody’s order on the right side and never came to the left side after seven minutes, I pulled up to the window and asked why didn’t she take my order what’s going on? She laughed in my face. Her in the manager was talking after she closed the window. She never answered me. She kept coming to the window and walking back off, but not helping me they were Laughing together and was rude and offered me no explanation and made it seem like I was in the wrong Only because they aren’t doing their job I just felt like it was pretty weird so I took their names down Manager name is Jessica and the employee name was some other Hispanic name that I cannot pronounce. I am deeply disappointed in the service that Burger King is providing, and I feel like the employees do not take their job serious and they’re very ungrateful we’re having a job because there is someone else out here that would love to be in their shoes and That’s no way to treat customers for no reason! I won’t be back ever! I also have a video of the whole encounter but I can’t upload it here.

Burger King normally has good tasting whoppers… the whopper junior anyway. For some reason, their other burgers don’t taste right.
For this location though, please, for the love of all that is good and holy… CLEAN THE OIL TRAPS.
It’s gotten so disgusting that you take one bite of anything from here and you’ll be tasting the oil and feeling it on your teeth and tongue for the rest of the day.
If they don’t clean their oil cookers out, you know they’re not cleaning the ice makers… so enjoy the mold from the ice machine.
They will always forget at least one thing from your meal, and yeah, the burger size is a joke now. But it’s okay, because all that oil build up makes me sick to my stomach anyway.

This location is trash employees supervisors managers are the worst! Cold food. So glad there’s a Wendy’s getting built down the street. Do not support this location. We should not spend our hard earn money on rude people

Seriously most poorly managed and run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life! The last 3 times I’ve been here I couldn’t get icing for the cini-minis because they didn’t have any. This last visit they were out of most of the sodas and the tea was bad, I couldn’t even get a bottled water because they didn’t have that either so I was forced to get a cup of water with my meal. Has management ever heard of inventory and/or truck orders?!?! I wouldn’t spend another dollar at this restaurant. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this type of poor management and in return have to deal with disgruntled customers when in reality the management who cannot run the store properly should be the ones handling guest complaints since they are the root cause of them in the first place!

Careful. There’s karen employees there looking for trouble over small things, one of em was talking trash behind my back along with a customer by the name “heather” yapping/crying over that i accidentally cut the line drive through i didn’t say anything and just wanted to pick up my food. It’s just pathetic.
