This is the second time in a row now since the “My Hut Box” has been released. After the first time, I called and spoke with the manager just to let her know and she doubled down stating she was right. It’s been a month or so and we’ve ordered the “My Hut Box” again. And again, the same issue. On the website, it states –
Choice of entrée: 2-top. Personal Pan Pizza, full or half melt, or 6 wings. Choice of side:
fries or 4 wings. Wings are boneless or bone-in.
If I choose an Entrée of 6 wings and a side of 4 wings, that is 10 wings total. In this case, I chose Honey BBQ and 4 Cajun Dry Rub.
I only received 8 wings. Maybe this will help the manager read the website and/or app of the company she works for instead of telling me your DM told you otherwise.
It’s false advertising or a mistake, you pick.

It’s mediocre.
The pizza is, as expected, from any pizza hut.
However, they charge $1.25 for crushed red pepper. Which is not just ridiculous, it’s highway robbery lol they may as well just not have any.
The location itself seems to be cleaned sparsely, if at all, and made my hands greasy just opening the door to go inside.
Friendly staff though.
I am definitely butthurt about the peppers though.

A year ago, I ordered a disappointing pizza.
Tonight I tried again and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. Since when is stuffed crust pizza completely flat and devoid of pizza sauce?!?
Get your stuff together, Claycomo Pizza Hut! This is unacceptable!
Also arrived via DoorDash, even though we ordered delivery though Pizza Hut app and the pizza was ice cold upon arrival.

Worse Pizza Hut ever, everytime I order from here something is wrong or the food sucks and is just nasty, employee’s need to quit smoking before and during work because you guys suck. I order pan crust paid extra got home and had handtoss crust gross, I hate handtoss crust. Called the store and I’m assuming the guy knew he made it with handtoss crust because he didn’t seem surprised offer me a 15.00 credit you can keep it I won’t be back. They want you to tip but why would I tip you when it’s your job to make my pizza that’s what you were hired to do, your not bringing me my food or drinks nor are you making server pay, I pick up my food so I’m guessing if you don’t tip them you get crappie food and not what you paid for. Place needs to be SHUTDOWN no wonder there was only one car in the parking lot, the guy that’s works there and can’t seem to make a pizza right. I will start going to the Vivion Rd location they are so much better. CLAYCOMO PIZZA HUT YOU SUCK majorly. Can’t give you zero stars or negative stars because it won’t let me, you don’t deserve the one star. Clearly you can see from the picture this is not pan crust.

Made the mistake of giving this place another try 2 years later….
I ordered over 60.00 of pizza for my family on New Years Eve. Today, I looked at my bank account and I was charge a second time. When I called and spoke with them about the charge. I was told they only make the pizzas. They do not “charge accounts” and they gave me a corporate number to call. When I called that number it said no one was available.. So, I will call and make a dispute with my bank in the morning. I have eaten at this Pizza Hut around 3 times. Every experience was bad. Save your self the trouble and order your pizza from Liberty. You will receive a much better experience.
I moved in the area last year. My kids love pizza on Friday night and I love that pizza delivers after a long work week. But.. please don’t make my same mistake. Every. Single. Time. We order from this location we have a problem. Last time when I called in I received the response. What would you like me to do?? And I swore I would never eat there again. My kids talked me into giving it one last try. This time my pizza came half cooked. I didn’t bother to call because I’m sure there response will be the same and I’m sure paying for cooked pizza is to much to ask for. At least, they got one pizza right this time.. Feel free to check out the dough comparison below while I go finish cooking my pizza. I guess I should feel blessed it didn’t take an hour and half to arrive this this time. Learn from my mistakes take your business to the Liberty Pizza Hut. I lived there are years and never had to complain once.
