I’ve been here since 5 am for my mom’s surgery. Surgery had complications and ended up having to stay overnight. Walked across the hospital after almost 10 hours of being at the hospital, to order a bagel and cream cheese. Im sleep deprived and just need a simple bagel and cream cheese. I get back across the hospital with my order to find that they left off the cream cheese and gave me a bagel toasted. Two plain pieces of bread. Being a food service in a hospital, please do better for people who spend their long depressive days here. Ridiculous.

I came in the other day, and there was a Callie working. She was so kind, I was having a hard time. But she really brightened my day. Really helpful!

The slowest I have ever been to, when I made my order I was number 22 on the list, you can imagine how long it took to get my sandwich. I will never ever order from this location again! They need more help!!!

Even if you feel like this Panera is more convenient definitely just go to the one on burkhardt. Quality lacks often. I got a strawberry poppyseed salad there today and half the lettuce was brown and they gave me a single ramekin of dressing filled 1/4 of the way. For the whole salad. At least I was at home so I could add my own. But still very disappointed.

I ordered a meal for my wife and I, both were simple and straightforward. Hers was fine, it included soup and a baggett. Mine was a chicken saled sandwich, it was largely lettuce, a small glob of meat on the edge of the sandwich, and the bread was dry. It was disappointing to see the state of the Panera kitchen. Trash and debris was covering the kitchen floor and the working were simply walking through it. The drink station was dirty, sticky and unkempt. The dining area generally looked good, lots of life and conversation among the customers!

They were out of soups and salad!! And the girl that waited on me said “Well we do close at 3!” This was at 2:10. I’ve worked customer service all my life and I’m a nurse at the hospital this Panera is in. And after I received my order other customers came and at 340 she was telling people we close in 5 minutes. All I have to say is that if you don’t want to work then don’t!! The staff here work very hard and would appreciate some decent food. Honestly the customer service at our cafeteria is much better than this. It’s a shame that it’s this way. This was my 1st time visiting this Panera and it will probably be my last. Oh yeah and my tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna, it was mostly bread and very dry, I actually choked trying to get it down. I always thought Panera cared about it’s customer’s. I guess things have changed.

My friend and I were visiting a patient in the hospital, and decided to have soup and a half sandwich. When I got the order, I asked if there were spoons in the bag for the soup. He said, “should be ” I looked, and there were no spoons. I went back to the counter and he saw me waiting while he waited on 4 people. Finally I left to find a table for my handicapped friend, and then went back to the counter again. This time he saw me coming and turned around and handed me 2 spoons. By this time, the soup had cooled. This was my first and last time to eat there. Very expensive too.

I asked about the ingredients of sandwhich due to allergies, which I explained. The girl said yeah, it’s just regular yellow mustard. I bought it, got home, took a bite and thankfully I tasted it. Spit it out, rinsed my mouth and still experienced some swelling. I called and explained to manager. I was told someone would call. Noone has and they hang up if I call,if in person, the mgr isn’t there. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an awareness they could and did hurt someone. I was just asking that they make their employees aware that allergies are serious and to take it seriously when people ask. They are avoiding me. I. Hope this helps someone not suffer the fate I did.
