Family and I were passing through Gillette and stoped for a take out dinner. Not only was the restaurant and restrooms exceptionally clean but we were greeted with a welcome and friendly smile. It was a pleasant surprise to have a ‘real’ person take our order and answer all my questions. Our food was given to us quickly and correctly. It’s not often I post reviews but I was so impressed with Danni and her customer service skills only to find out she was the manager! You have a fantastic team we will definitely come again on our next trip to Idaho!

There is a woman working there i believe is some kind of manager that treats employees and customers like they are a major inconvenience to her life. I imagine working with her makes everyone’s life around her more complete. I don’t let my employees talk to me or anyone the way she talked to me. Absolutely no business managing anyone.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Food quality is meh.. had to wait 20mins for it. Remodeling is actually good. One of the employees didnt even know how to look up my order. Manager and employees were yelling at each other loudly, having full on fights while running around. Atmosphere was so tense and unpleasant that none of us there were able to enjoy our food or relax at any point. We just shoved our food down so we could leave asap. Fast food is stressful, yes, but a competent manager handles stress in ways that don’t involve taking it out on and passing it to everyone in their dining room. A remodel won’t solve your problems if the atmosphere and attitudes are still trash.

The new remodel is amazing and very overdue!! The staff was so very friendly came by several times to ask how we were doing. We were in a rush to make an appointment and despite them being very busy we were able to get in and out!

Bathrooms were disgusting, flies everywhere, we got our food to go instead of dining in. I got my usually whopper with cheese combo. What a mistake it tasted weird within 30 min of eating there we both got sick.

Ordered 2 large double bacon cheeseburger combos with onion rings instead of fries got smalls they refused to upgrade to what was ordered or refund the money so now I’m out what I paid no food and having to go somewhere else for lunch.
I won’t be back if I can’t get what I order it’s not worth it it just sucks they can’t man up and refund my money
