We’ve unfortunately had the same lady the last several times we’ve been into the restaurant (weekends, and today Sunday) who desperately needs lessons on customer care. This evening she refused to make our table top shelf margaritas stating that the mixture was premade with jose cuervo. We explained to her that jose wasn’t top shelf that we preferred top shelf. When that didn’t work, we attempted to order just the shots of patron with a glass/lime to make our own table side. She refused stating that it would go to waste. I seriously think there was a communication issue.
At check out, the same lady rang up the bill and quoted one price and then after processing our credit card, it was a much higher and different amount. We pointed it out to her and she stated “everyone knows there’s a charge for credit/debit”. We stated that it’s usually 3%-5% not 8%. Our family doesn’t feel valued or welcomed at this establishment any longer by the way we’re treated by this same lady everytime. We asked for a manager and was told “there isn’t one”. We notified our bank after this lady made an unapproved increase in the credit/debit “processing fees”. Either a manager or owner needs to step in and help this restaurant. We’ve driven from out of town to eat at this establishment, but not again!
Beware!

Party of 5 on a Monday night. Food was ok, I would say it lacked flavor. I expect Mexican food to be anything but bland. Staff was friendly and prompt. But 4 star because it was a bit pricey compared to other Mexican restaurants.

Menu is absolutely horrific. No descriptions and expensive. They need more employees as well to reduce wait time. Debra is better than all of the managers because she is actually there when they aren’t.

This place is a very typical American/Mexican restaurant. Very beautiful and colorful decorations inside the restaurant. The food was good and our server was very attentive. Not a lot of quality restaurants to choose from in White Hall Arkansas but this restaurant is a good and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Just a simple biscuits and gravy. For some the biscuits are cut in half and soaked with some butter flavored something then thin gravy is poured over them. All you can taste is the processed butter. Not good. Its hard to mess up biscuits and gravy.

The food was on point as always! I’d never tried their steaks before. The Bullseye ribeye was HUGE, TENDER AND COOKED TO ABSOLUTE PERFECTION and AFFORDABLE! The mango margarita was sublime! Service was wonderful….very attentive and prompt! WE SHALL RETURN!

Ordered the Fajita Baked Potato…. Presentation was nice but the potato was moldy throughout half of it….Waiters would come by asking if the food is ok while looking at the black mold of the potato that was served….I know what a burnt baked potato smells like and that was nowhere near being burnt…It’s unnatural, disgusting, and sicking to feed people something that’s inedible. If I ever and thats a BIG IF I ever come back I won’t be ordering let alone recommend that for anyone to get.

This restaurant isn’t terrible but fixable. It’s clear that the owner has no sort of involvement or dedication to the restaurant. Every time I come the service is alright but there’s always issues with either the menu or prices that could be easily resolved and avoided if they were simply fixed or explained by an owner or manager. After asking the polite waitress if there was an owner or manager available multiple times, it’s always either “they aren’t here” or “they are on vacation”. If you aren’t able to be someone in charge who is present or capable of resolving issues then hire someone who can. fix the menu, be there for your workers & customers, and BE HERE. the food is fine but just needs better management & ownership.

I DO NOT know what happened to one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants in Pine Bluff, BUT I couldn’t eat this SOGGY MESS!!!!!
Chicken Taco Salad with a soggy salad bowl that didn’t make it home, chicken was good, tomoto good, but whole salad bowl saturated!
I’ll go back and order in and will review later. I hope this was an “off day” and the food is just as great as I remember.
