This is my first time ordering. I ordered two pizzas and both were wrong. I ordered a sausage pizza and a chicken Parmesan pizza with bacon. Sausage pizza was delivered with sausage on only half the pizza. Chicken Parmesan pizza was delivered without the requested bacon and the chicken was sparse and not evenly distributed.
Overall the pizza tasted good however my first experience with Lorenzo was slightly aggravating and disappointing.

I ordering catering from Lorenzo’s and I was incredibly impressed. I ordered two trays of pasta, which came as 2 full catering dish trays. It was A TON of pasta for a really reasonble price. I also ordered a catered salad which was really large and had nice toppings. I’m really looking forward to ordering catering again and trying out their pizza too.

This is the 3rd time ordering from this place & will be the last.. 1st was good , so decided to order a 2nd time & 2 out of 4 pizzas were messed up & missing toppings, 3rd time decided to give them the benefit of doubt & hoping to get the same quality of the 1st time ….What a mistake the cheese & pepperoni was laying on the side of the box, the calamari was not fresh (tasted Freezer burned) & the italian grinder was burnt & bread tasted like charcoal. My family will not be ordering from Lorenzo’s again

Ordered some food for lunch. First question I asked was is the Calamari real or rings… she says oh it’s real. Picked up my order to realize it must be her first day and she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. 52$ later I’m forced to eat fake calamari… and her response was oh I’m sorry I thought it was real. So my response would be maybe you should find a job you’re better at cause order taking is extremely difficult for you. Especially since you haven’t taken the time to learn the menu. That will be the last time I order from there….

Stopped by here with a to go order on the way to our vacation off the good reviews. Ordering was quick and easy and was done when we got there. All we got was a large cheese. It looked and smelled great. Taste was excellent definitely good pizza. The only reason for 4 star was it was a bit too doughy. Had it been a bit more well and had a crisp it would have been perfect.

Unbelievable service and good food. We requested for them not to cut the pizza which they did by accident (totally fine) and without us even saying anything they delivered another pie on the house. The wings here are massive too!

I went for lunch with two other friends at Lorenzo’s & had pizza & cheese steak sandwiches that were fantastic! The gal who served us was super attentive, making sure we were well taken care of! I’m in from Ontario, but I will certainly return when I’m in town.
