This Chipotle tends to always have problems, but I generally overlook the issues because it is a fairly healthy option at a reasonable price. However, this latest visit was unacceptable. I walked in around 10:45pm. I understand the staff wants to go home, but they were more preoccupied with closing down than serving customers. They didn’t have brown rice, steak, chicken, corn, and lettuce. I know they had those items, but they refused to go back to retrieve them; I assume because they were about to close. If you are open until 11pm, then you should serve food until 11pm. If you ran out of items, then close your store. The cashier was tired and frustrated. She tried her best to be polite, but kept expressing her frustration about being there and how tired she was. I had a long day too, that’s why I stopped there to pick-up food for myself and my family because we had been unpacking all day. Regardless of my circumstances I still behaved appropriately. I expect the same from the staff when I’m paying for their service and product.

I went to this chipotle twice they have done me so bad. I will never come back here my first time I came with my friends, it was a young black girl just starting me and my friends down and as I was making my burrito he couldn’t even wrap it so the young girl had to come and wrap but she got a whole new tortilla and took half of my burrito out of it . im very shy so I don’t say anything but my burrito was smaller than average. & everything didn’t even taste fresh. I recommend not coming here. if u do get a bowl because they can’t wrap .

Biggies service was phenomenal. He was very patient while me as I was having a long evening and indecisive about what I wanted. I will definitely be returning to this chipotle restaurant in the future thanks to his service. Great job!

I threw up what I had eaten there 4 hours before. I had a bowl of barbecue chicken and guac. I ate there around 6 o’clock pm on Sunday 3/8/2026 and threw up everything around 10:30 or so the same day. My stomach hurt badly. After throwing up, I felt much better.

I visited this location (Berkeley Blvd, Goldsboro NC) at 10:45 am October 5, 2025. Upon arrival, I could see that the staff was still preparing things, and that was fine with me. The person that prepared my order was very polite, she made my food the way I asked her to make it. I was satisfied, however, when I got to the counter to pay for my food, the next worker was very rude, short and had an attitude. I simply asked for a side of red chimichurri sauce, which she stated “we don’t have any”. To that, her coworker added that they indeed did have some, but it just needed to be put in a cup. I then proceed to pay for my meal. The girl then says we only take card right now and I say that’s fine because I was paying with my card. She slings my food in a bag, along with a cup of sauce, along with an empty cup that I asked for for my beverage. She then proceeds to sling the whole bag at me. I literally stopped to process what had just taken place and I looked at her before responding. I was going to say something, but against my better judgment, I didn’t. I just politely said thank you, and I turned around to walk away to make my drink. I understand someone having a rough day or a rough moment, but I think people need to be mindful of the way they treat their customers. If this had been a different day for me, it would have been a problem. But thank God, I was in a good mood. Workers check your attitudes. God bless and HAPPY SUNDAY!!

The restaurant table chairs and floors are always dirty even after 30 minutes after opening the restaurant is dirty. I don’t believe that the employees care about keeping the customers area clean. The food prep area is always clean and sanitized. The food is always fresh good and hot. The guacamole is always fresh and tastes amazing. I love the guacamole. The employees were never happy and always had bad attitudes. Now that there are new employees the atmosphere is calm relaxing and enjoyable. That you Chipotle for hiring new people because their attitudes are great. I was there October 12 2025 @ 11:10AM and I actually enjoyed being there because of the new employees and I actually laughed because the lady was very funny and humorous. Loved it.

Went to this chipotle years ago and it was bad! Vowed I would never return! Came in a few days ago and the management must be new because all I can say is wow so much better! The cashier was nice and the food was fresh and hot! Me and my husband were blown away by how clean it was as well! Will make this our new spot when we have to come to Goldsboro for work!

I had the worst experience here, I ordered twice from here in first order I didn’t get the enough quantity it was not even made properly and I didn’t liked it at all, and in the second order it didn’t deliver to me only, when I tried to contact them they said they have delivered the order and I did not receive it, when I asked them I haven’t received they ask me to contact the DoorDash but I did not receive any response and neither did I got my food. I would not suggest anybody to order online from this place, I’m not sure with the in person service!
