First Experience:
My first visit to Little Caesars Pizza was pretty amazing. The pizza was delicious, the service was prompt, and overall, it left a great impression on me. Everything was on point, from the quality of the food to the efficiency of the service.
Second Experience:
However, my second visit was a stark contrast to the first. The experience was awful right from the start. There was no one at the register to greet or assist me; the employees were all in the back, seemingly more interested in chatting and having a good time rather than working.
Order Issues:
They messed up my pizza order, giving me regular pizza pieces instead of the two pepperoni pieces I had ordered. Additionally, they didn’t have any extra sauce available, which was quite frustrating when I had ordered breadsticks.
Cleanliness and Service:
What was even more disturbing was the sight of an employee sitting on the counter where they roll and make the pizza. This lack of hygiene was disgusting and unacceptable.
Food Quality:
The final blow was the hot wings. Despite being freshly ordered, they were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. This significantly impacted my dining experience, and it wasn’t worth the money I spent.
Conclusion:
Overall, my second experience at Little Caesars was horrendous. The lack of proper service, the errors in my order, the questionable cleanliness, and the poor quality of food all contributed to a disappointing visit. It’s unfortunate that the inconsistency in their service and food quality has made me reconsider returning.

Where do I begin with this location, it almost seems silly writing this review but I’ve had enough. This location is the closest location to me so this is why I have given them several chance to make it right, shame on me. The manager, general manager and franchise owner really need to take a look at their location. I can say this is by far the worst location ever. Every time I have ordered online we have waited over an hour for our order. Today I placed an online order at 4:47pm. Had to run a quick errand before heading to pick up my order I kept checking the status of my order and kept saying “in the oven”. Stopped in at around 5:45 pm and waited to be asked if I had been helped. When the young man finally asked the name on the order he tells me that it’s almost done and should be done in about 10 minutes. I advised the young man that the order had been placed over an hour ago. Keep in mind the email and on the app it stated that estimated time the order should be ready was 5:10-5:15 pm. Waited for another 20 minutes for one cold pepperoni pizza, refrigerator cold crazy bread (not exaggerating) and a warm stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Only if pictures could tell the temperature!!! As I was in the lobby waiting another customer stated he waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and employees went to the window several times to ask him what his name was as if it was his first time coming to the window every time. This location should be shut down and I hope people come to their senses and stop going to this location. I will drive to another location no matter how far it is from me from now if I decide to go back to Little Caesars ever again. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ordered delivery stuffed pretzel crust and received regular pizza and they just threw salt all over it. Also half the pizza was like thin like they just smashed the pizza or soemthing and the other half was normal. It wasn’t smashed, that’s just how thin half the pizza was for some reason. Called to talk and see if I could get it corrected since I did pay $4 extra for pretzel crust and the phone just rang for 10 minutes, also not the first time I’ve attempted to call them in previous orders. They just never answer the phone EVER. Filed a complaint through corporate because it’s ridiculous they just let the phone ring over and over again and never answer.

I ordered Little Caesars for the first time in about 30 years – I think more out of curiosity but also because they opened a location on Blue Diamond a while back and also because I thought I heard an ad that said they delivered now.
I really like the ordering because if you don’t customize anything, you can order everything on one screen; the entire menu is in list format with +/- to change the quantity ordered. The delivery (DoorDash) came ten minutes earlier than the given estimate.
The food: I’m not finicky so I thought the food was exactly as expected and fine. The wings are comparable (if not better) to Dominos and Papa John’s – and the thin crust pepperoni was perfect. The one small issue I had was with both the Supreme and Hawaiian.
Liquid/oil from the pineapples/veggies/pepperoni pooled on top of the pizza – so much so that when you tilted the box, it would run off the pizza. But the remaining liquid soaked its way halfway through the crust of the pizza and left it kind of soggy/limp.
Again, definitely not a deal breaker for me and I still enjoyed the food but just a warning. Now on to Super Bowl LIV!!

I order from this location two or three times, my order is never ready when I arrive and I order ahead 30-40min. The last two times I literally had to go behind the counter to get a worker’s attention after standing in the lobby for nearly 30min. And apparently no one working at this location can read because the order is never correct.

Horrible cashier. Waited 15mins for order when received the cashier (lulu G.) ignored my request to hand over my order. Took too long to even answer my question. The pizza was cut in an uneven slices at least one or two slices was taken off of the whole pizza. I don’t recommend the location at all!

Food is always good, but the wait time is always about an hour. This order, I ordered PRETZEL crust.. did not get it. Also ordered M&M dessert.. got the wrong one. And the pizza wasn’t cut all the way, had to use my own pizza cutter

Order online and go to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have me im the system. I showed the email conformation that i placed it and was paid for. Was there for 5 minutes om the drive thru waiting for them to find my order. They never found it. They told me to park in the front and they would do my order. They told me they would bring it to me,15 minutes pass and nothing. I go in to the store and tell them wheres my order,there answer was ” I din’t know what vehicle you were driving” i get home and my order was wrong. I opened the breadsticks bag and their raw not cook enough and no sauce. The pizza was nasty and cold,you could taste the pizza dought raw. Bad customer service not happy.

I chose this little Caesars because the one on Durango that I usually go to is super slow and always backed up. This location was super fast and got my order correct and even put the dips I ordered in the pizza portal. There was no hassle and no wait at all for my order. Quick in and out best experience so far from a little Caesars I’ve had. Definitely will be going to this location from now on.
