The team they had working today around 2:50 PM was excellent. I ordered through the app and arrived several minutes early to pickup my order, and it was already almost done. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and they had my food out super fast! My food stayed warm on the drive home, as they closed up the bag super nice, and my chocolate shake I ordered was thick and really good. It’s been several years since I’ve gone to Arbys, but I’ll definitely be back. Some of the best service I’ve had from a fast food place in a long time. 5 stars!

I got the chicken wrap, tasty but small. Also, crinkle French fries which had zero salt or seasonings on them! So blah! I used drive thru. Hardly any customers and they were slow.

The food was alright, but one of the employees present at the time (I think her name was crystal) was heard all throughout the store, was argumentative with other employees, and was all around unpleasant. She seemed very agitated and made my dining experience very negative.

Our beef and cheddar had no cheese just meat. Our lemonades were completely filled with ice so there was hardly any lemonade. We waited in the drive through for at least 15 mins when there was no one in front of us. Just upsetting to spend our money and not even get basic things we paid for.

On a trip and just needed some food, ordered big fish deluxe sandwich. Should have gotten a picture but it was not super appealing. Greasy and messy and not very fun to eat. Also ordered a beef and cheddar, I got most of that except the cheddar part as pictured. Fries where kind of greasy and tasted not fresh or something. Dr. Pepper was alright though. Already quite a few miles down the road when I realized all this of course. I am being generous with the second star I think.
