I visit this location a few times a month, usually ordering online and picking up a kids’ Mac & Cheese meal for my daughter. Today, I noticed I had reward points expiring and enough for a free entrée, so I placed our order through the app as usual without any issues.
When I arrived, there were dirty dishes left on the patio tables, which had attracted birds. Inside the restaurant, no employees were visible at first aside from the cook, who greeted me from behind the counter when I mentioned I was there for a to-go pickup. After waiting a few minutes, another employee approached to assist me, and shortly after, a third employee came out of the restroom and handed me my order.
I noticed that a side of cheese sauce was missing and mentioned it. I was told that because I had included it in the order notes, it did not guarantee it would be provided and that I would need to be charged separately for it. This was surprising, as I place this same order—including the side of cheese sauce—regularly and have never been told this before.
As I left, I again pointed out the dirty dishes outside, as birds were still actively picking at the leftover food. At the time, there was only one other party dining in, and it was disappointing to see the tables left unattended.

I had an Italian panini. It was freaking awesome. It was the perfect amount of everything. I later found out the Panini chef that night was Mariah. Thanks, Mariah!

Ordered a couple of pizzas for takeout. On the pepperoni, there were slices that had none. On the pineapple, there were several burned spots on the crust. The dough/crust on the pepperoni was also under cooked. Not impressed and won’t be back. Good thing it was purchased on a gift card – they won’t get my own money in the future.

Used to come here 15 years ago with my mother – the taste and crunch of the pepperoni pizza has not changed since. The Mac and Cheese was sharp, cheesy, and al dente. The chicken noodle soup was warm and comforting. Unlike other pizza establishments, the tomato sauce has depth of flavor here, not overly acidic or sweet. The hatch green chile and pesto ranch was so addicting I could drink it by itself. Jose, the GM, was very friendly and kind after my hour drive to visit this location again. Thankyou for the free cookie sir, delicious.

Long time customer. Sauce as a chain is wonderful. This particular sauce is always awesome, pretty fast, and great location. Branched out and tried a new dish from my usual and it was totally awesome! I would go here everyday for their salads. Their salads are one of the few I look forward to. Every dish tastes as amazing as they sound.
I wish they would open one out closer to far east Mesa like around Signal Butte, Crismon, or Ellsworth so I could make that wish come true…so Sauce, please consider this my petition for a closer location:)

Something new. It’s like firepie, but with more on the menu, but it doesn’t beat firepie pizza. The pizza here wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. It honestly tastes nasty to me. The pizza was greasy on a thin crust, so it fell apart when picking it up. The crust had a not so great taste. Would I come back no. The garlicnots didn’t taste good either. In the bakery department at Walmart, they sell garlicnots they taste better to me, lol. Let’s just say there are way better pizza places out there.

The manager here is the best! He welcomes you in and is very attentive to you, makes you feel right at home. The pizza is terrific, as I imagine everything is. Clean restaurant, fast service, and friendly employees! It’s definitely a place that’ll keep you coming back!

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby and the pizza hasn’t changed a bit. The pine nut salad is my go to meal. If you’re feeling adventurous, try their tiramisu & lasagna. None of their sauces are too sweet. They incorporate plenty of basil and oregano which I love. I’m not a huge Italian fan but the thin wood fired pizza makes for a nice experience.
