Nice atmosphere and service. Food was alright, my Philly roll was good but lacked more cream cheese, etc. Now, my Sweet Potato Roll was outstanding! So delicious. The spicy edamame was SO good! Spring rolls were okay, sauce was good. I also hate green tea, but for some reason this green tea was really good. I do feel that the salmon did not seem the freshest.

After I finished up my massage at Massage Envy which is a few doors down from this restaurant, I was going to head to a restaurant by my home that I frequent, but instead I walked down to the Takashi Bistro to sit down and eat. It felt great being welcomed by my server Morgan from beginning to end. Morgan was soooo professional and very attentive, you can that she wanted to be at work because she smiled every time she dropped by my table to check on me, all I can say is, every restaurant need a Morgan! The atmosphere was clean, and the dining tables setup was simple but very elegant and they had great chilled relaxing music playing in the background. The food was delicious!!! I did not get a chance to meet the chef personally but I give a big shout to their chef!!! The food was not only delicious, the presentation of the food was superb. I ordered the Gyoza for my appetizer, and I had the Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp for my entree, which included clear soup, grilled vegetables fried rice, 2 extra grilled shrimp and a salad. Everything and I mean everything was seasoned and delicious! If you like Japanese Cuisine, you definitely want to try this restaurant. I will definitely be back again, Two up Takashi Bistro!

We dined on Thursday Feb 19 around 545pm. Our waitress was basically emotionless, barely could hear what she was saying, didnt smile, and acted like i was wasting her time. She charged me full price for a happy hour wine, she never apoligized for her mistake, she never asked did we want to order another drink.. just a bland attitude. I have been coming here for a while and I remember a more lively crew. The servers I saw tonight truly blew the vibe im used too…do better.

We wanted to try a new restaurant, and Takashi Bistro did not disappoint us. The clear soup was the most flavorful that I have ever tasted. The salad was good. It had more dressing than I liked. You may want to let the waitress know that you do not like an extra wet (runny) salad unless, of course, you do. The chicken fried rice was wonderful. By the time I got to the Salmon entree, I was full. I tasted it, and it was great, but I was just too full to finish. The atmosphere was nice as well. There was a bar and seating where you could see the cooks as they prepared the meals.

Their food is always amazing. My only gripe is their spicy food lacks spice to me but definitely brings the flavor. This is a regular spot for my Husband I so much so that most of the staff know us on site or if we call in an order. When we dine in our dishes are always beautifully presented and the atmosphere is always clean, cozy and chill.

The bento box was filling. The salmon had great flavor but a little over cooked. The California roll was cut into bigger slices which was nice. I really enjoyed it. It comes with a salad and choice of miso or clear soup. I got the clear soup. This is on there lunch special. The service was good but they don’t make substations. The place is a good size and can accommodate a group.

I am writing this review as a serious warning to anyone considering eating here.
I visited this restaurant yesterday and consumed sushi. Two pieces of the raw sushi and two pieces of the fried sushi had a distinctly funny/off taste.
The following morning, I woke up with severe stomach pain, intense fullness, and a serious food-borne illness requiring my system to aggressively eliminate the spoiled food. This caused me to miss work and suffer significant physical distress. This is a severe health and safety risk that needs to be addressed immediately by the management.
Beyond the sushi, the overall quality of the cooked food (rice, vegetables, and meat) tasted bland and suggested it was merely microwaved rather than prepared fresh.
For the safety of the public, I strongly recommend that everyone avoid eating here until management confirms they have resolved their food handling and storage practices. My experience resulted in a confirmed case of food poisoning. Please eat here at your own risk.
Recommendation: Do not eat here.
Health Risk: High.

Everything was really good. I had hibachi shrimp and chicken with the salad and the soup the clear soup. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was lovey and the Waiter was very professional. I will be going back again.
