My favorite steakhouse. The flavor is excellent but my medium rare steak arrived overcooked on the outside. I understand how busy it gets, but we waited about 35 minutes for our food. Thanks to Kayla for taking care of our table.

Damn best place on the whole plaza. The food came out quickly despite the heavy traffic, and tasted so good! The beer was too fresh, the appetizers, the salads, sides and prime rib was 11/10. They have mastered of what a premium restaurant should be like.

Was told that it would be a 30 minute wait for two people which is just fine over an hour later we are now waiting for a table. The host was very apologetic. Once we got to our table. The server Abby was very rude to me and my husband, we were ready to order since we were waiting over an hour and a half to get food. She asked us what we would like to drink and walked away before we could even finish what we were saying once we get our food we got baked potatoes instead of potato soup, and on top of it, there was broken plastic on top of my food. We were not able to find our server so we had to go ask the host once the manager came by. She gave me my new food by then my husband‘s food was cold so he ate his food as I waited another 30 minutes to get my food back once I got my food back. I am starving and my food is very burnt and crunchy. I’m not picky whatsoever but everything added on top of each other is very frustrating where management wouldn’t even do anything. The only thing they did was take off our baked potatoes which we would expect because that is not what we ordered our server, then only checked in on us twice not giving us refills or anything asked once “good?” Experience was very frustrating. Would not recommend ever eating here again. Very disappointed that this Texas roadhouse thinks it’s OK to have plastic bits in their food..

The food was very good. The rolls are always very good but at this restaurant location they seem a little smaller but not a big deal cause we still ate a lot of them lol
The server was busy so it did take a little bit longer to get things, but she still did a good job and she was friendly. We almost paid the wrong (much higher) bill for a group because they had the wrong little kiosk on our table (the larger table across from us had our kiosk & we had theirs). I’m glad we noticed the amount on the bill before we paid it. make sure you check your bill before you pay it!

I went back in November and it was great! Went back it was fine. Ordered to go. I ordered the country fried steak and it was too salty! Ordered tonight and items were missing, at least 3! The picture is my very soupy gravy! NOT PLEASED at all. Isn’t someone double checking this to go orders?

We went for dinner a few nights ago. I rarely order steak when I go out but that night, I decided to go with the 12 Oz rib eye. They’re was little flavor and no deckle (like isn’t that the best part?!?) If I’d seen this steak at the grocery store, I would have bought hamburger. On the flip side, the servers were fun and attentive.

Very impressed. We put ourselves on the waiting list, and when we got to the door, we had a 5 minute wait. It’s already off to a good start. We were taken to our table by a friendly hostess, and then our awesome server Ian welcomed us with perfect customer service. Then, shortly after, the manager came over and provided some upcoming updates and a coupon for our next visit. Then there’s the food, the buns are dangerously good, we ordered the combo appetizers, the steak kebab and the 6oz filet. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return, and I highly suggest giving them a shot!

My wife and daughter recommended eating here but warned we should get there early for dinner to avoid a long wait and they were right. Quite the line when we left. The steaks are outstanding. Had the sirloin and shrimp combo. I’ve been a fan of Outback for years but I’m going to make Texas Roadhouse my go to steak place.

I have never had such an amazing experience at a restaurant as I did here at Texas Roadhouse in Arvada. Not only was the service fast and kind, but the food was fresh, and it tasted amazing. I appreciate the manager, Chelsea, coming over and greeting us. The whole team went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back.

Tonight was the first time I have ever been disappointed here. It was probably the busiest I have ever seen it so the wait was longer than it’s ever been. We waited over 45 minutes for 2 people. Then we got sat at the table in front of the kitchen and next to the bathrooms. I said I would rather have a different table and the hostess just repeatedly told me the wait would be longer. We should have waited. It was super loud, super busy and really annoying.
When our steaks finally arrived they were charred to a blackened crisp on the outside. The insides looked good but they were extremely dry. It would not have been worth waiting for new ones or to even bother telling anyone.
Our waitress Hannah was really nice and apologetic for the wait so the service wasn’t bad.
