Had a BLAST coming here for with my family to celebrate my brother and my cousins birthday! Our server, Davion, was all smiles the entire time he served our party of seven. We only did wine tastings, but we had so much fun doing so!! The experience is grand and the prices are affordable. The only thing is the lack of space. It IS an awesome time, so space is tight. Id recommend time blocks or something similar. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful time!!
Came back for valentines day and reserved a table. The food is IMMACULATE!! Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right, and great customer service. More on the fine dining side, so expect to pay a little more. I wasn’t a fan of the upsales of the membership during our meal, but all in all, a great experience. Will return and 10/10 recommend.

Can not say enough good things about this place. The service given by Nadia was some of the best service we have ever received anywhere. Regardless of the food, I would come back based on Nadia’s service alone. She was truly outstanding. The food was great! Four cheese truffle arancini balls were a great recommendation by our server. Gnocchi alla vodka was good, but I would try other things before reordering. Nothing bad to say, just not my personal favorite. We got there in time for the happy hour sangria flight— delicious! Definitely will be signing up to be to club members after this.

First time here and loved the vibe the moment we walked in. We had a 5 pm reservation on a Friday and it was fairly busy already. By the time we left at 7:15 pm there was a line in the winery/waiting area.
Our waitress was extremely sweet, just very forgetful. We got the crispy brussel sprouts for an app. The portion was huge for the two of us, but yet we finished all of it! The taste was amazing, layers of balanced flavor, nice and crispy. For entrees we got the Mahi and Salmon. Portions were perfect (not massive like most restaurants). Both dishes were amazing. Since the portions were good we had room for dessert. We split the Reese’s cookie with ice cream.
My only negative thing that I have is it’s very loud in the restaurant. Due to the amount of tables and high ceilings and no barriers, the sound just carries.
We will definitely be back as there are many more items we are excited to try.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant provided a wonderful experience for Sharon’s birthday luncheon. Our waitress was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and we truly appreciated that we never felt rushed. It made the celebration relaxed and special from start to finish.

My endeavor with Treasure was a pleasure. My son graduated from MSU and we had a post graduation at Cooper’s Hawk. The appetizers were excellent and the service was first rate. The restaurant was alive with energy and activity. The service was very attentive/excellent. A very classy experience.

Everything was so delicious and our waitress Nadia was amazing. There were 2 issues… we did the wine tasting and it was a great experience, however the lady wasn’t very kind at all, and I asked for no pork in my jambalaya and they added the sausage anyway and come to find out once home, the entire dish is a pork dish. 🙁 that was really the only issue. * POOR MANAGEMENT *

This was our first visit to Cooper’s Hawk for an anniversary dinner. The hostess was aware and was very kind to mention it. She informed us the server would have a gift for us, if we asked them for it. The server also acknowledged our anniversary and said they would have a gift from them.
We got a good explanation of the restaurant and then received a time share style sales pitch of their wine club. Which happened an additional time during the dinner.
The food was alright but the brocilini was severely under cooked and required a steak knife to cut through. The restaurant was extremely busy, which is great but also caused drink delays. Our food was delivered promptly it was just not the quality I expected for the price. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and style. With the captive sales pitch and the gift having to be asked for and never received just less me feeling underwhelmed. We may go back but it won’t be top on my list. Depending on what you are looking for this may work for you.

Definitely my favorite meal while visiting Lansing over a week for business. We started with a complimentary wine tasting at the bar while waiting for our table, and it started the evening out nicely. Loved the vibe, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. My favorite dish was the pretzel crusted pork. It just melted in my mouth, and the wine they suggested pairing with it was just perfect.

This is my third time dining here and I say dine because it is much more than just eating. It is an experience that is carefully maintained and curated without feeling unapproachable. The food is excellent and high quality. You are encouraged to take your time and enjoy yourself during each course. The service is as good as any fine dining establishment. They are attentive, helpful, and discreet. They can help you pair a wine with your meal or stay in the background and let you enjoy yourself. I highly recommend this place for date night, birthday, anniversary, or a reward for a job well done. You cannot go wrong here. Shot out to our server, who memorized all our names. Say cheese!

UPDATE: REALLY love this place. ❤️ Decided to visit on Thansgiving. Danielle was my server. So attentive and had the perfect timing to not make me feel rushed, perfect time to enjoy my wine and dinner. Asst Mgr Zach checked in and was even helping to bus tables. GREAT environment, friendly staff, and as always food was the best!
Love this place! Such a relaxing environment patio, bar, or dining room! Staff is excellent. Not a place for fast service. Its for relaxing, enjoying, and conversations. Great gift shop if you forgot a birthday, boss’s day or picking up something for yourself. The wine list is to die for!
