They didn’t know if they had curly fries, were out of sprite and teriyaki sauce. My husbands chick sandwich was rubbery. The cheese on my daughter’s burger was rubbery. My son got a breakfast platter and it was good. My sourdough jack was decent. Service was slow but we were hoping everything would be freshly made. I just can’t believe 3 sandwiches 2 fries and a breakfast platter is $42! Not worth it in my opinion.

It took insanely long to get our food! There were 2 or 3 people working, NOT including the woman who appeared to be the manager and was working her butt off. She looked very frazzled and was running back and forth in the back, getting bags of food, starting the grills, taking orders at the front. She’s also the one that brought us our food. The other people were very casual, slow, and didn’t seem like too much help. I felt bad for her.
When we came in, there were two older women waiting for their food, and they had been waiting awhile and continued to wait some time. We waited for maybe 5 minutes before the manager came and took our order. She apologized for the wait and was pleasant.
After our order was placed, we waited close to 35 minutes for our food. Our burgers were barely warm anymore. The fries were hot.
It’s insane to wait over 30 minutes at a fast food place and not even get hot food. During our time in there only one other person came in and the drive-thru did not appear to be insanely busy.

The dude that works late night NEVER HAS CHANGE such as loose change… I feel like he is steal from customers. Oh and I understand the penny thing so it has zero to do with my feelings on this because if the girls always have change then so should he. He has literally found a way to rip customers off.

Pretty awful experience. They were out of both lettuce and tomatoes, which meant half the menu wasn’t really the menu. The staff said the truck with supplies would arrive the next day plus they weren’t authorized to buy the supplies locally. I ordered the Sourdough grilled cheese sandwich which was long on the bread and short on the cheese. My spouse had the tacos which were especially strange — nothing like the picture on the menu which shows crunchy tacos. However, these were very soggy with very little meat and cilantro instead of lettuce. Neither of the items are something we’d order again. AND the self-serve drink machine in the dining room was broken. Overall, a disappointing stop and not worth a return visit.

It is sad that this place is going down hill. We used to love coming here, but now the food is not very good anymore comes out all burnt or soggy. There is only maybe only1- 2 people working that do not how to really do their jobs…doesn’t help that they are very under staffed for this size of a fast food restaurant…and you sit in drive through for over 45mins if there is a more than 2 cars ahead of you. If you go in and order, it takes just as long.

I would not recommend this Jack in the Box location.
They were out of several menu items, and we were told there would be a wait because the food was being made fresh.
Unfortunately, the food we received was not good at all. My spicy chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was extremely tough and rubbery. The cheese on my daughter’s cheeseburger was also rubbery and unpleasant.
We spent about $42 for our meals, and it was absolutely not worth it. Based on this experience, I Will not
be going
back to Jack in

We stopped in here on one of many adventures for a quick breakfast sandwich. Great customer service, food was hot, fresh and fast. The young lady that helped us was very kind and welcomed us with a smile. We would stop here again! Thank you!

I wasn’t going to write a review, but then I noticed the GREEN SPOT on my egg! (the pic doesn’t do it justice.) I ordered a supreme croissant this morning and the croissant is stale, and when I was checking for mold because of how stale it was, i found a blue/green spot on my EGG… Absolutely disgusting, It took entirely too long to make 2 sandwiches for there to be anything wrong with them like that.
Jack in the Box you really need to come in and completely change how things are ran at that place. Normally the staff is super nice but I’ve noticed that even that has become an issue.

Been three times in the four months I’ve lived out in this town. All three times, something has been out of stock, missing, cold, or the incorrect item completely. It’s baffling how much this location sucks. You’d be better off going to the McDonald’s or Taco Bell next door. Don’t waste your time, energy, or hard earned money. You’ll definitely be disappointed.

I was passing through The Dalles and we decided to stop here for some lunch. As we get back on the freeway my daughter bites into her burger and notices an odd taste. She looks down and see mold on her bread! My burger also had mold. We did return the food and received a full refund. The staff was very nice and apologetic but the assistant manger did mention that sometimes when they get bread deliveries, they notice mold on some of the bread. Double check your burger before you eat it!
