Good things come from DQ! Located in downtown Howell, MI just off Grand River Ave! Easily seen from the street! Parking available on the street and on a side lot next to Dairy Queen! Right next to the historic Howell Courthouse, this location can become very busy, very quickly. However quick service means it’s a short wait time! Need to cool off! Stop by DQ today!

I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but December 22nd, my husband and I came in to get a cake for our daughter’s 1st heavenly birthday. She passed away the day after she was born and we were wanting to do a little celebration. We didn’t realize they were closing for the holiday weeks and her birthday is December 31st. I asked if they had time to make a cake or decorate a blank one and the guy working was so kind and took a few minutes to decorate a pre-made blank cake. I felt bad cause I was little scatter brained having to decide what we wanted right then and there, but he helped me and it was so beautiful and perfect. Thank you for helping us have that special day!

This Dairy Queen is absolutely legendary. I swear their prices are at least $1 cheaper than the other DQs around, they load you up on the toppings, and the workers are always very efficient and friendly.
The location is great and the line is usually out the door but don’t worry it moves quick! This is one of my favorite businesses in Howell and my wife and I go at least weekly.

I am a regular customer because of their outstanding customer service. Not meaning to, I have showed up after work five minutes before closing, and I am still treated with respect and kindness no matter what time of day I come inside. In a world full of strip malls and Corporate-Feeling restaurants that Have a cold ambience, our local DQ feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Yesterday, I had to have an emergency cake for our daughter Birthday And I was worried because all of the DQ ice cream cakes that were available were chocolate and she does not like chocolate. There was a lady who bakes the cakes available, and she checked six different cakes out to make sure I did not get the one with chocolate. In addition to this, she only took her five minutes to craft this beautiful writing with her favorite colors on it. One of my favorite things is how nice they treat children, too!
