I’ve tried well over 20 times using the app at this location. Every time I am told somewhere between 3 to 5 minutes Atmos 5 to 8, which I then base whether or not I will order it if it’s anymore because I get it before I go to work there’s been at least one out of every two times I order that the wait time is doubled the triple what it actually says the people are great the atmosphere nice parking and pain in the butt, but I will no longer be attending this location through the ordering via mobile app. They will constantly pull the tickets as if they are making it to keep their wait time To appear that it’s low a.k.a. cheating the system.

I absolutely love my local Starbucks. Rob and the team run it like pros — even with all the usual corporate chaos happening behind the scenes. No matter how busy it gets, they stay kind, efficient, and consistent. That’s not easy, especially with the wild traffic right outside.
Speaking of traffic… can we talk about Ham Lane for a second? It’s chaos. People blocking lanes, backing up traffic, causing a mess — just use the mobile app! Seriously. Order ahead, skip the madness, and park safely.
And bonus? Using the app gets you rewards — and rewards = free drinks. It’s a no-brainer. If you’re coming here every day and not using it, you’re missing out. Trust me.
Despite the drive-thru drama, this crew keeps things moving. My drinks are always on point, the store is clean, and the vibe is friendly. You can tell the staff cares. It makes a difference.

Friendly. My visit this particular time was a little slow for me being the only one inside of the store. They did have a few people in the drive-thru though. It wasn’t an unreasonable wait but I’ve had faster service at other Starbucks stores. That being said this is definitely a Starbucks I will go to again and at the Starbucks I do recommend to others
