I’m writing regarding Order #42045887741542404 placed through the Papa Murphy’s app.
I specifically selected two Family size (16”) pizzas in the app. I always order the largest size for my family, and I clearly chose the biggest option before completing checkout. However, when I arrived for pickup, I was surprised to receive smaller pizzas.
When I mentioned this to the staff, I was shown the receipt indicating Medium. While I understand that is what printed on the ticket, I am confident that I selected two 16” Family pizzas in the app. I believe there may have been a glitch during the ordering process.
I paid expecting to receive two Family size pizzas and did not receive what I selected. I would appreciate someone looking into this and contacting me to resolve the issue fairly.
I will gladly update or remove this review once the issue is resolved.

The store and product are great, however, the online ordering is set up to only allow bonus points to be used IF you order something NOT considered a SPECIAL item. Unfortunately, whoever set up their online ordering system has SPECIALTY pizza’s in that same category. You pay full price for the SPECIALTY pizzas and they are NOT SPECIAL pizzas. They took my points and did not give me my discount even though I paid full price for one of my pizzas. What is the point of getting credits if you can’t use them? FIX THAT PROBLEM.

Papa Murphys has always been my favorite. They always use plenty of toppings and the pizzas are delicious(if cooked right). I arrived two hours late to pick up my pizza, but it was still there waiting for me. The clerk wasn’t exactly the friendliest, but that’s the only negative thing I have to say about this location. Everything else was perfect!

I purchased 2 pepperoni specials 10.99 each that comes to 21.98then taxes 2.43 for a total of 24.41 yet I was billed 30.41 which is a 6.00 difference. So be careful of this place double check you receipt.

Super delicious pizza! We got a half Hawaiian / half pepperoni and brought it back to my grandparents house to cook it. Took a couple minutes longer than the directions said for perfect doneness but it was absolutely delish! We are from the east coast and I sure wish we had one of these joints near us because I’m going to miss the pizza when we go home!
