Worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. was one other vehicle in the drive thru. took 10 minutes for them to take the order in front of me. i was next up, 5 minutes go by and i ask “hello” and she asked for another minute. i had already waited well over 10 minutes so i just drove away without ordering. multiple other trucks in drive thru also drove away. good way to waste away my lunch hour. so much for “fast food”

Normal yacobell other than fact staff either can’t speak English or just act like they can’t than make you wait 30 plus minutes on a mobile order while you watch ppl come n and out with their food. While you sit inside with a very obvious hungry 1 year old and they continue to ignore that you’ve asked 3 times wats up all you get is their working on it.

The food is good when mary jane is there…my only thing is they ask to round up and even if you say no they do it anyway…I wish they would stop asking to round up being that the “scholarship program “has been paid so now taco bell is just trying to recover some of their money back…please stop asking thats the worst part of going here.

The worst parking lot I have ever been to. I bottom out my car driving over a pothole leaving the drive-thru and ripped my rock guard off the bottom of the car. I was only going about 2 miles per hour.

Stopped here on a road trip and had low expectations for a side of the highway national chain. The staff were fantastic, they were helpful in dealing with multiple people taking turns ordering. there was a small error in our order when we picked up and they fixed it without any issue and apologized for it. one of the better chain places ive been in recent years.

Placed a big order through the app was waiting for update on the tracker to pick up, waited 20 mins to go to see if it was ready. Went inside and saw an order in front of one of the staff where they make the food and didn’t get acknowledged. Finally one of the crew members told the other lady that the order had along time sitting there. When she saw us and gave our order and I let her know it was cold and all she said was sorry. I didn’t ask for a refund or asked to replace the food because they seemed frustrated and I didn’t want to bother with them anymore. Oh and they weren’t even that busy at the time just like 3 cars at drive thru.
