Everything is very bad here. Today I arrived to buy and from the beginning they wouldn’t take my order. People came in and they did serve them. After taking my order, they said it would take about 25 minutes because they were full. I returned after those 25 minutes and I realized that they hadn’t even prepared the order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to deliver it to me. This situation is not possible. They should improve customer service. Terrible service. It’s better to order online.

So gross, the pizzas are raw!! First off they had only two workers in the entire store on a holiday weekend, we literally place an online order and waited an additional hour past the pick up time the receipt said the pizza would be ready. Then we got back home and the pizzas are raw!! Worst customer service… we went all the way back and are being told they can’t remake it because they are out of deep dish dough… waste of gas at this point

DO NOT order at this little Caesars unless you are okay with inaccurate wait times and trodden down employees that just don’t care and seem to hate their jobs. I had the worst experience at this location. I knew they always take too long but this time is the last straw. I ordered online and prepaid. That was my first mistake. The crappy website doesn’t give you an estimated wait time before ordering like other pizza places. It said the wait would be 50 minutes. I called the location to try and cancel and no one would pick up the phone. I went down there and the girl working was going back and forth between the back and the register helping people. When its finally my turn to ask about my pizza she asks me my name, I give it to her, and she says “one second” then disappeared in the back for 5 minutes. When she finally came back she said asked me my name again, looked at the screen and told me it would be like 15 minutes more even though it was already due. Why the heck did she ask for my name only to walk away from me? Then other people came in to order and she would lie about the wait time telling them 40 minutes to an hour when clearly there was over an hour wait. This is just plain dishonesty. I asked her why she would ask for my name and then turn her back and disappear and she literally just stood there and didn’t say anything. Didn’t even shrug. It was like talking to a child. I gave the food 2 stars because pizza is pizza. But this location and chain is the worst of the worst. By the way. My order was one classic pepperoni pizza. One little pizza and all this trouble. Definitely not worth it. Never again.

I am never going to Little Caesars ever again. I ordered one cheese pizza for pickup. It was supposed to take 30 minutes. After more than an hour I got a notification that it was ready, but when I went inside the guy said it wasn’t ready and would take at least another 30 minutes. Other people in the store were complaining about waiting 90 minutes or longer. I ended up just walking out.

Stars for the food only! I come here often but there is never a associate to greet you or even standing on the front. You have to stare down a employee from the back in hopes that they look your way because majority of the time they are avoiding eye contact as much as they can. The customer service sucks plain and simple I cant even tell if the employees are good or not because they dont come to the front to help you.
