Why am I still waiting for my food!? I ordered online, came through the drive thru and am still waiting.
Now that I got my food I cant get into it because you all sealed the bag and the straw holes on the cups!!! Seriously what is wrong with this company!? Do you not want me to enjoy my food? Why make it so difficult to put a straw into my lid!? Also I wasnt given any straws!! SERIOUSLY!!? get your stuff together!!

The drive thru wait was long and only one car in front of us.
The fries were not hot or fresh, they were DRENCHED in grease and soggy. I put them in the air fryer when we got home and that didn’t help so in the garbage they went, literally inedible.
We weren’t given any straws with 2 diet coke and shake so couldn’t drink our beverages on the way home.
All this for $27, so disappointing! It will be a long while, if ever that we return to this location, just absolutely horrible that employees think it’s OK to serve food like that for nearly $30, we could’ve (and will next time) went anther anywhere and gotten fresher food, do better!

Come in Thursday 5/22/25 at 10:50 am for an early lunch. There’s 1 car in front if me they wait 10 minutes then I pull up and wait 15 mins. I FINALLY get my food and I get home. I open my food to find that I paid full price for Ruben meal for half a Ruben with no cheese and no sauerkraut and hardly any meat. I’ve tried to call twice now as I want a refund or a replacement. This place is a freaking joke and the employees are trash. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Came in today around 4 pm and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and inviting it was there. The bathrooms were even so clean which is surprising for any fast food restaurant. The ladies up front were very funny and nice. Food was fresh and hot and served very quickly.

I’ve never been to a worse Arbys in my life. First when walking in it smelt like weed and not food. The floors were so sticky everywhere like they haven’t changed the mop bucket water in a good few months. There was food under every table. You could hear music being played loud from where they cook the food. This place was ran by immature teenagers and the manager should really drop in unexpectedly and see what’s going on cause this place was gross.
When using the bathroom before leaving the weed smell was even strong as if they were smoking in the bathroom before opening. (We stopped there at 12:04PM so i know the recently must have opened.) when walking into the bathroom stall there was weed all over the toilet, floor and cigar tobacco in the toilet. I don’t know if it was the employees or some disrespectful person just stopping in and doing that but regardless the facility was disgusting and almost did not even eat my food.

This is my new dinner spot! This place is always reliable. The food is always fresh and delicious. The place is really clean every time I stop in they are always friendly and seem to stay busy keeping the place fresh. I would recommend for quick hot food with great customer service always.

The food was fresh and hot. Place was clean and lots of parking. Employees were friendly and everything was clean and stocked. I would suggest it for a spot to get a quick meal.

Taylor and Micheal and their team, on the evening shift are the best of the best. My compliments to them and their manager. They busted out 6 orders at closing for us as we were passing through moving across country. Not a single complaint or eye-roll. Just smiles and positive attitudes. Really appreciate that.
