Can’t get an order right and very slow. Don’t know what the 1 car in front of me ordered, but they never told them to pull forward. They sat there for 10 minutes until they got their food. They could have sent them forward so I could have gotten mine. But that was just a start to problems. How hard is it to mess up a cheeseburger with no pickles order? Well, for this place, it is extremely easy. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles, and I got 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles and mayonnaise. Plus, for some reason, it was rocket science to get a large fry for $1.29 after they used my code and punched in a medium fry for a $1.29. They couldn’t change it because the code was already used, so they asked if I still wanted a large fry, and when I said yes, they added a large fry to my order at full price along with the medium fry. I told them I wanted the large fry for $1.29, and their response was this, and trust me, you can’t make this up. “The code is already used, so we can’t get you the large fry.” I told them that the price is the same and just to put a large fry in the bag. Then the response was, “Let me get a manager.” Wow!! Between ordering and waiting, it took 15 minutes, and this was at 10 at night. It’s not a busy time of the night. If you want fast food, go find a sit-down restaurant, it will be faster and the order will probably be correct.

Every time we go and try to order a frappe or shake, it’s either down to get cleaned or doesn’t work. So tired of the place. I’m done. Live in Durand. But won’t be back.

90% of the time my food order is either missing something or it is incorrect. Highly recommend ordering inside and checking your bags before leaving.

Had to wait 6 minutes for fresh strips. Worth every minute. Manager was polite and they made sure ALL of our food was fresh. Best McDonald’s I had in years. People need to take notes. Also received free coupons for the wait.

Was doing a delivery in Durand and I was famished, decided to just grab n go. They did an exceptional job. All items were correct, my fried items were crispy and golden perfection, the burger was neatly put together, wrapped perfectly. The entire experience just hit the spot.

Update: went back today. There were 2 cars in front of me. Both had to hook because they forgot things and then just ignored them. It was my turn and they opened the window, handed me my food, and closed it. Didn’t even talk to me. Looked in my bag no barbecue sauce for my nuggets.
I usually don’t mind here but since my son is sick my dad dropped us off mcdonalds. My mcchicken which said extra mayo on the special sticker had no mayo at all, almost no Lettuce AND A CHUNK OF PLASTIC IN IT. I’m glad this one wasn’t for my child.

Don’t go to this location unless you like poor quality food. My burger was overcooked and there was so much ketchup on it that it was falling apart. Also, the fries were oily and dark brown. I’ve went to this location a few times now and each time there was something wrong with the food. Extremely poor management going on here! They should be shut down!!!

Went through your drive-through today we’re told we couldn’t get breakfast burritos. Your morning manager who came to the drive-through after I complained about it was very rude and said I didn’t mean I wasn’t sorry for being the way I was and I was sorry. The two girls in your drive-through who were ordertakers were very rude to. I think if you’re not gonna have something on your menu board what’s on your menu board? You should really take it off. next time I go to the drive-through this happened I am calling corporate. And I don’t know who was making your sandwiches on the back line, but they were really messy. You guys need to get a grip on your restaurant.

I stopped at this McDonalds drive through on my lunch break yesterday. It took so long that I thought I was going to be late returning to work. Not exaggerating it was 10-15 mins waiting in the drive through. I’m not sure why and no one said anything, so I’ll try them again some day to see if it happens again.
