This was my first time trying… the pizza was ok. The next day, the cauliflower crust became gritty, even with me re-warming it in the oven. Next time, I’ll just get a regular pizza crust! UPDATE THE NEXT DAY: our leftovers tasted just great. Often when pizza reheated the crust gets hard but ours stayed soft. So no need to eat it all at one sitting. REVIEW: This is our first visit to this franchise and location in the area. We checked out the menu beforehand and knew we would get a 6″ pizza each and split one salad. That was more than enough food for two seasoned citizens and we still had leftovers. Other customers ordered the regular sized pizza and must have been more hungry or took leftovers. The build your own is the best option for us. We got two different setups to experiment. We will try different combo next time and a different location to check things out. I took a bunch of interior photos so you can see the layout.

Awesome Pizza! MOD Pizza always has wonderfully crafted pizzas and uses fresh ingredients! The thin crust is perfect and I love the fact that they cook them to perfection. Their pizzas have always been good and haven’t had any issues. I tried their wings and oh boy, they are the worst wings I have ever had. Overcooked, sauce is horrible and the chicken has been sitting out for a while. Stick to pizza!!

Awesome pizza! My first time here to pick up pizza at my sisters suggestion. Thin crust was nice, crispy enough to not fold or break while driving (yes I carefully snuck a piece on the way home due to traffic). The amount of sauces, cheeses and toppings was perfect. I will be back. (Allen location)
