I’ve been seeing & following Lucky Cat BBQ on Instagram for awhile now. Today I went to their setup at Harley Davidson Las Vegas. We had their Lucky Cat BBQ Three Meat Taster Deal. It had sliced brisket, sliced pork belly, & Garlic Pulled Pork. Got Asian Coleslaw & Hawaiian Macaroni Salad as our sides. The sides were very tasty. The meats were thee most tender, moist & flavorful BBQ I’ve tasted thus far. It also came with a dessert & a drink from the cooler (sodas or water). Will be back again soon.

Brisket is cooked with the utmost top tiered level of expertise with a dash of sugar, spice, and everything nice. Its juicy, flavorful, and has a good ratio of fat that marbles in your mouth like ice cream. It is smoked but its tender like it was boiled and doesnt have a weird smoke after taste like most smoked meats. The couple that runs this joint definitely did their homework! Also try the chicken with ALL of the sauces they offer. Mac n cheese and coleslaw was also delicious!
Don’t forget your thai ice tea to balance the flavor of salty and sweet to help you unwind after a long hot day in Vegas.
