The food was absolutely delicious and made fresh at the time of order. My son and I had the shrimp and steak hibachi and it was awesome! They gave us a variety of sauces as well. And nice big portions. The couple working were so friendly and I could tell they really cared that I enjoyed my food. Well done!!!

The good: the service is nice — They are very friendly
The sauce is good.
The bad: the chicken is low quality (sorry but high quality chicken doesn’t have air bubbles in it — this is like amalgamation chicken… the texture isn’t of actual full pieces of chicken off a chicken…) and the fried rice is clumpy (looks rushed or something).

Hachiban is by far the best place in Marble City Market – and I’ve tried them all! I go here all the time and the food is always cooked to perfection. The chef prepares it fresh and he’s always super consistent. Plus you get a variety of sauces to use. If you’re stopping by the food hall, go to Hachiban – you won’t regret it!
