Got $30 worth of food and the picture below shows you what my burritos look like, this one literally has 1 piece of steak in it, some have 2-3. For what you pay for this stuff vs. what you get, I don’t think I’ll be going to this place or any Taco Bell again. Adding AI to try to take orders is also a no go for me.

They got my simple order wrong ! I asked for 10 crunchy tacos with double meat and no lettuce. I got the 10 tacos with very little meat,cheese and lettuce !

The first time I went everything was completely wrong asked for no sour cream or tomatos everything had extra on them. The young lady working the window was rude and short with you. Got mad because I needed a drink carrier. Also I didn’t know my food was wrong til I was already home. Than today there was next to no meat on any of my food, young lady working window again rolled her eyes and got ignorant when needed a drink carrier. Our food was at least correct this time. But I pulled a long hair out of taco which made me want to get sick in my mouth. Both times in the last 2 weeks have been absolutely horrible. I will go downtown from now on because the young lady really is rude and doesn’t want to do the bare minimum. I work with the public daily and manage multiple stores I would not be ok with how she treats customers if worked for me.
Just tried to go again tonight didn’t receive my drink and than went to open my cheesy gordia crunch and it’s completely smashed and stuck to that paper! I can’t get it off without pieces coming off. The manager when I called about missing drink was wonderful but again service was terrible and food is all smashed and struck to wrapper. I only live two mins away. Smh this is ridiculous at this point! At the point when called I only knew about the missing drink.

Spent 40$ worth of food and they missed a few items working in the fast food business myself I am very understanding of mistakes we are all human but to be treated the way I was over their own mistake I’m talking about I asked for a refund over her attitude intriguing me over what time I came in the drive thru even though I had my receipt and was there only 10 minutes ago she rudely denied taking the food back saying ” no nope can’t take anything back ” I will not be returning to this location as seeing they have absolutely no care for the business our community bring 0/10

I try to take Taco Bell for what it is. Cheap fast food. But it would be nice to go in and be greeted. Nope, instead, I had to use a kiosk to order. Then, when the food came out, let’s just say they waved the meats and cheese over the shells. The only human interaction was when our name was called to pick up.

Went and doordashed food, all for the dashers to not grab the food. So i canceled it, Went in myself to get the food. Ordered on the kiosk and everything. Many others came in and got there food while i stood there. Had to get a employee to make my order finally. I will not return to this taco bell ive had alot better service at the downtown one.

Drive thru employee was extremely rude and hostile when my friend and I were taking a little longer to decide what to order than she probably wanted. She very angrily scolded us and extremely rudely took our order. Never going here again, and I suggest anyone else to avoid it too. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Ordered food got all the way home and realized they messed up the entire order. My daughter’s food was specifically ordered without tomatoes since she is allergic and wouldn’t you know it they gave her every tomato they had. Wont be back…..

Horrible service. We sat at the drive thru menu intercom for 7 minutes. They never did come to the window when we pulled up to see if they were open. Surprise surprise they, were open. Two employees in the entire place. Ordered and stood there waiting to pay for another good 5 minutes. 5:20 pm on a Saturday evening. I have never been so disgusted with the service they unapologetically gave us. Not kind nor courteous. LAST time I will EVER eat at this location. Taco bell has always been my favorite fast food choice. We were there along with 3 other vehicles. The employee outside on a cigarette break was yelling at customers in the drive thru that it did not work. No sign up stating as much. No one inside the building preparing our food. 3 customers waiting and an online order was not filled. That vehicle drove around the building 3 times and came back twice. The cigarette smoker said she and a newbie on the job his 2nd day. Whom she left inside the building somewhere hiding. Our food should have been free. 3 more customers behind us and we haven’t paid yet or gotten any food in 30 minutes. Close the doors and put out signs explaining their may be delays when ordering and you may choose if you want to wait. Do something not nothing at all.
