Ordered this cake 2 weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and they never made it. This is what we were handed two minutes later. Worst cake i’ve ever seen.

I rarely buy anything from this department anymore since a lot of the baked goods seem to be stale even though they are sold before the expiration date. Some baked goods are inconsistent in their pricing… For example the exact same pie or cookies would be priced differently by a dollar or two difference. I’ve also seen in the past that this department had been severally understaffed (1 employee working the entire department) which I thought would of attributed to some of the mistakes but I guess I was wrong now that I see at least 2 or more staff and the same problem exists. For now I give it 2 stars since it seems to be a staffing and management issue and can be fixed. There is also the fact that some products are alright . I just know I won’t be buying cookies or brownies from there ever again after the last 3 batches I bought were hard as a rock and tasted funny.
