I always come here for lunch! The food tastes just like back home, super authentic. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when you order to go, but overall it’s really good. The menu is great :), it comes with a drink, appetizer, and main dish. Totally recommend!

Service was REALLY slow. The ceviche and roasted chicken were really good. The levantamuerto soup was okay but not great. The duck had an odd flavor but the green rice that came with it was not very good at all. It was crazy expensive even with leaving the fries off from the chicken. $97 was WAY too much to pay for three takeout dishes!

Food is good although it took over one hour to get one of our entries. So my wife ate half of my food. They did tell us that her food would take 30 minutes to make but I thank they mixed up the orders and gave my wife’s food to someone else so I think they had to make another one. They gave us a no refrigerated ginger ale and they forgot to bring my water so I drank part of her soda. I got the jalea mixta and we ordered the mazorra. My wife ordered the mostrito. The table they gave us smelled like very strong cleaner such as fabulosa so we moved to a different table. The salad that came with the jalea was very good. They did not have the green hot sauce we are used to in other Peruvian restaurants. It may be a different style. The fish was good although a bit oily.

I had a plate of pork chicharron and i got two carbonized pieces of pork, since i was hungry and was with a friend, i made the effort to to eat one of them, when i say CARBONIZED, it is not an exaggeration. Chicharrones are a very popular dish throughout Peru, but in any part chicharrones are charcoal.

Words could never describe the lack of professionalism and quality of this restaurant. Go to Casa Peru, or El Roccoto – subjectively, they may not be the best, but they’re certainly better than whatever this poor excuse of a restaurant is. If you are wanting to try Peruvian food and still weighing this place as an option, heed caution:
– The wait time: My family and I are Peruvians, but as we were celebrating an event, we decided we would go try a new Peruvian restaurant. The wait time was painful at best. Each party had to constantly go back to see what the hold up was. It took so long, we forget we were in a restaurant as we were discussing amongst ourselves
– The quality of food: As we are Peruvians and make Peruvian food, I think it is fair to asses the food as the equivalent of serving a customer water-diluted soda, with 1% of the drink being the soda. The food was not only late, but the quality was atrocious. If this place was your first experience of Peruvian food, I promise it is a lot better, just try another restaurant! 🙂
– The atmosphere: Completely unprofessional. The workers look like they are there only to collect their paycheck, and look like they don’t want to be there. Getting good service here must be once in a blue moon because they all acted as if we were a burden for being there. Everything seems tense and unalive.
OVERALL: Terrible. The wait time, the food, the employees, and even the sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant is horrible. The only positive thing that came from that day was our celebration and conversations (notice how it does not relate to this “business” whatsoever).

Sth Lifestyle
Been wondering about this place for awhile so finally decided to come in. This would pretty much be my first time trying Peruvian food as well. I got the Monstrito (fried chicken, rice, fries and salad) and tried the Inca Kola. I wasn’t too much of a fan of the Inca Kola but didn’t hate it either. The meal though was pretty good I really enjoyed it! I will probably be coming back again in the near future

Hands down the best spot in West Valley for a real taste of Peru. The seafood is incredibly fresh and the comida criolla dishes like the Lomo Saltado are packed with authentic flavor.
The service was also top-notch; the staff is super friendly and makes you feel like family. If you’re craving genuine Peruvian comfort food, you can’t beat Antojitos. Definitely worth the visit!
