We ordered wings and pasta for delivery tonight. An order was dropped off on the porch and when we opened the box it wasn’t our order. I called the store and my call was given to a what someone who I assume is a manager (I can’t remember his name). He was professional and friendly and immediately set out to correct the mixup and get our correct food delivered to us. In fact, he delivered the food himself (and was quick doing it!!) and brought us a free 2 liter of soda as well! The food was yummy, the gesture of the free soda was great, and the gentleman who went above and beyond to set things right was awesome!

Got the $20 two medium pizzas and bread sticks and cinnamon sticks deal and it was nasty. The pizza was gross. The bread sticks were ok and so were the cinnamon sticks. But the pizza was gross. The dough was tasteless, the pizzas wete small, and everything about them was disgusting. Also, we ordered pepperoni and a cheese pizza and got two cheese pizzas…. What the crap? The crust usually has a buttery cruncy outer layer to it which is good but these new pizzas they have with this deal are nasty. Very disappointed and this may have killed pizza hut for me forever. I mean little Caesars cheap hot and ready pizzas are way better than what we got tonight.

I just want to say Thank You!! I ordered our food online and sent my daughter to pick it up. When she got home and walked in the door with our food I was so excited to see the Christmas present box that the pizzas are in, labeled with my name and everything!!! It made my day! Also the pizzas were delicious!

Shawn and Davon helped so much with us ordering we had a coupon and didn’t know what to get with it they helped up decide. They were also very energetic and funny to chat with while they took our orders professionally. 10/10 would have them take my order again.

Just tried the new buffet thing at Pizza Hut over by the mall…DON’T do it. First off, the food was mid and had very limited options. Not to mention, i found 2 pieces of small blond hairs in two different foods. My marinara sauce and my salad. My hair is long and brown. server DOES not know how to serve. And I’ve been a waitress before so I’m usually empathetic and understanding. She checked on us one time and we were there for about an hour. Mind you she checked how the food was before we even ate…she only offered to refill our drinks once, AS we were leaving. I typically tip well but I did not leave a tip this time around. The cashier asked “WHY? DID SHE DO SOMETHING WRONG?!” And not just ask but with a snarky tone. Looked like the waitress could have been this lady’s daughter. She got super defensive also when asking if we received a ticket and I said I didn’t think so because I didn’t see it, my boyfriend did though and the woman’s response was “She’s usually pretty good about that so I doubt that would have happened” very unprofessional and rude. There were only 2 other tables other than us mind you. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Very disappointed. 1/10, never again.

Had the nicest guy , sean at the front counter. We joked around and laughed for a few minutes while waiting for my order. I was more people would eat at restaurants like this , but ever since the pandemic , it seems like nobody is going out anymore.

Great service and food! My family and I have been going here for awhile now, and every time we go in our waiter Davon who is very friendly and always get our orders right, super nice guy! We come in so much he already knows our drinks and what we like to order he’s on it I recommend this place and it’s service(:
