My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, excellent service and great food. Employees like her really make the experience stand out.

The crispy, seasoned fries are addictive, and the burgers are juicy and packed with flavor. The milkshakes are thick and creamy, perfect for a sweet treat. Plus, the prices are unbeatable for the quality and quantity you get. Five stars all the way!

The food is normally on par, their ice cream machine always works . The employees are always very sweet and cheerful. Only complaint is if their swirl doesn’t come out correctly for the cone ice cream, they should either redo it or offer a free one to make up for the one lacking, it’s not really a big deal and we didn’t complain but there was a very noticeable difference of how the two ordered looked (one was half the size of the other and leaning, the other one was perfect) they noticed knew it was bad and just laughed it off commenting to each other in Spanish of how bad it was, their faces went in shock when I understood what was being said. We all just laughed it off because how comical it was but I’m sure other customers wouldn’t have taken that as lightly. Overall, the experience was fine.

Fries were so saturated with grease they were almost see through! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tubers and got 3 for delivery and they did not refund my 17.60. They gave me 5.32 instead for a meal I couldn’t barely eat. Tenders were old and dry and definitely not freshly made!
