We had a great experience dining here! Mela was an amazing server — very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit.
The food overall was delicious. We loved the fried cheese with honey sriracha — such a great sweet and spicy combination. We also ordered the El Fuego for two, which had a great variety. The picanha was ordered medium well, and unfortunately it came out a bit dry and slightly tough to chew. However, everything else was fantastic. The fried yuca was perfectly crispy, the fried rice was very flavorful, the picanha burger was excellent, and the Caesar salad was fresh and well made.
Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and service and would definitely return!

I had an amazing experience at A Fuego Lento. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was perfect, great music, a welcoming vibe, and a setting that truly makes you relax and enjoy the evening.
I especially want to highlight Eli’s service. She was incredibly cordial, attentive, and professional. Her recommendations were spot-on, she clearly knows the menu well and genuinely cares about making sure guests have the best possible experience. Thanks to her, every detail of our meal was enjoyable.
And to close the night on a high note, the Nutella waffle was the perfect finishing touch, it truly ended our meal on a sweet note. My daughter absolutely loved it!

This place is a must try, the flavor of the appetizers, drinks and delightful meats is unbelievable.
Our waiter Paul, bartender Gabriel and the rest of the staff were very attentive and kind fitting of the chill and high end vibe of the place.
We came as a party of 3 with our large dog and were accomodated easily.
We had the tostones and croquetas ibericas for appetizers and these were better than expected, the croquetas had a sweeter taste than regular croquetas.
The parrilla was juicy, tender and full of flavor, the chicken is super soft and will live in my mind for years to come.
At this point stop reading and just drive there and try it for yourself it is 100% worth it!
