I’m extremely disappointed with my recent UberEats order from your location. The portion sizes were shockingly small — barely enough for even two bites. This alone was frustrating, but the situation became much worse when I called to address the issue.
The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude, showed no willingness to help, and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to answer. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.
I also spoke with the owner, hoping for a better resolution, but unfortunately, she did not handle the situation well either. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right.
This experience was beyond disappointing — it was disrespectful and reflects poorly on your business. I expect better and urge you to review how customer concerns are being handled at this location

I honestly have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a restaurant – and that says a lot. We spent over $95 on our order, and what we got was an absolute joke. We ordered multiple plates with different proteins – like Gyros, chicken, etc. – and on EVERY SINGLE PLATE one protein was missing. Every time! Without exception! This wasn’t a small mistake – it was sloppy, careless, or just flat-out dishonest.
How can you charge nearly $100 and then only deliver half of what was ordered? This is beyond disappointing – it’s a scam.
Of course, we called the restaurant right away, hoping it was just a misunderstanding. But the manager literally hung up on us mid-call. No explanation – just hung up! And when we tried calling again, they stopped answering entirely. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Eventually, we got someone on the phone – supposedly the owner – and honestly, that was even worse. Not once did she apologize. Not even a hint of “sorry” or concern. Instead, she kept insisting that the portions were “correct” – even though it was 100% obvious that they were missing items. How shameless can you be? She spoke to us like we were the problem, when all we did was pay for a full meal and expect to receive it.
We’ve known this restaurant for years – not regulars, but definitely returning customers – and after this, we will NEVER order from here again.
And we will be telling everyone we know to avoid this place at all costs.
If this is how you treat paying customers – with zero accountability and zero care – then you don’t deserve our business.

Absolutely bummed the food was horrible and service was nothing to be desired as well as couldn’t even get my reward points. I’m good on fast food!! Ordered fries and onion petals neither were hot by the time I made it to my car and pulled off!! I will not recommend this location ever!

I love Dinos. Basically Greek fast food, maybe not authentic Greek food, but the salads and falafel are pretty tasty. There are a few Dinos in town, and this one has been reliably good, fast service, friendly enough staff. It’s in a little corner mall, and you can eat outside (by the parking lot ) in the summer. It is not brilliant, or fine dining, but it is a good place for lunch.

I wanted like this place. This location is very clearly biased to Black women. I have literally watched them make food for white people in line ahead of me, then make the same thing for me with less than half the amount of ingredients they gave to the white folks. It happened again today and when I raised the issue in the moment, the manager decided to gaslight me and tell me what I just experienced didn’t happen. I shouldn’t have to demand that I get food prepared with the same portion size as white patrons. Do better.

Not a fan of their gyro bread, which is smaller, thick, and chewy as opposed to larger, thinner, and crisper that ive seen similar chains use. I could already tell that you wouldn’t be able to put much into them before making it impossible to eat without it falling apart. Not a whole lot of options, everything is a la carte so you kind of have to know what you want ahead of time . Guy taking order does not really explain stuff. The mushroom chicken Swiss gyro is what I got. Protein was decent, but the mushrooms were pretty sad looking, and unseasoned. Value is probably the big selling point here. But disappointing overall, my search for a decent gyro continues.
