This is hands down one of the best sports bars I’ve been to! The staff is super friendly and attentive even when it’s packed.

The food was amazing— crispy wings, flavorful burgers, and the drinks were on point. Everything came out fast and hot. Perfect spot to hang out with friends, grab a beer, and enjoy the game.

Awesome neighborhood spot. Friendly, attentive staff. Incredible elevated bar menu and the best drink prices on Canton Street. Ashley and Emma kill it behind the bar. Atmosphere for sports is 10/10!

can’t say enough great things about this place! The food was absolutely incredible — every bite was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation.
We decided to sit at the bar, and that turned out to be the best decision we could have made because Ashley was our bartender. She was hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She anticipated everything we needed, made fantastic recommendations, and kept the experience fun and relaxed the entire time.
Amazing food is one thing, but when the service is even better, that’s what makes a place truly special. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Ashley!

Have had really good experiences here normally. My wife and I walked in this evening, and the entire restaurant was pretty open. There were 2 open booths in the window, and we asked for one of them. The host said that it wasn’t an option because we didn’t have enough people. To set the stage, there was a party of 2 in the booth next to the one we requested. If we are allowing some groups of 2 but not others what are we saying…Do better!

Loyal Tavern in Roswell has quickly become my go-to spot for two very important reasons: ice-cold beer and Ashley behind the bar. I walked in expecting your standard sports bar vibe. Big TVs, wings, the usual. But what I got was a full-on comedy show starring one of the most entertaining bartenders in the Greater Atlanta area.

Ashley pours drinks like she’s conducting an orchestra: fast, flawless, and with zero tolerance for nonsense. I ordered a simple whiskey soda, and she slid it over with the kind of eye contact that says, “I see you, I know your type, and I’m already three steps ahead.” Then she hit me with, “You look like you need this more than oxygen right now.” Accurate. Brutal. 10/10 roast.

The place is packed on game nights, but Ashley runs that bar like a one-woman SWAT team. She remembers names, drink orders, AND your life story from last week (whether you want her to or not). I watched her simultaneously:

– Mix a perfect Old Fashioned
– Shut down a guy trying to mansplain IPAs
– High-five a kid who just aced his math test (he was with his dad, don’t worry)
– Yell “GOAL!” louder than the entire table of soccer fans next to me

All without breaking a sweat or spilling a drop. She’s basically the human equivalent of a Swiss Army knife, but funnier and with better pour accuracy.

The food’s solid. Burgers are juicy, nachos are dangerous. But let’s be real: people come for Ashley. She’ll make you laugh, she’ll call you out, she’ll probably nickname you something ridiculous by the end of the night, and you’ll leave feeling like you just made a new best friend who also happens to be really good at her job.

If you’re in Roswell and want a bar where the drinks are strong, the vibes are loyal, and the bartender is legitimately hilarious, do yourself a favor and swing by Loyal Tavern. Ask for Ashley. Tell her the idiot who wrote this review says hi. She’ll probably roll her eyes and pour you something extra strong.

5 stars. Would get roasted again.

I can’t help but give high marks for the super chill sports bar venue. Amazing viewing options with all the screens and seating. Very comfortable!

The food, however, is decent with a few bright spots. The BBQ nachos rock. Very tasty with either brisket or chicken.

Their chicken wings are just shy of being cooked well. Fry them a tad more, please. The hot sauce lacks depth of flavor. Meh. Surprisingly, the crab bite are a winner. I am not big on ordering this type of item at a bar, but my friend wanted them and they turned out to be very tasty. The burger could be OK, if the bun quality was improved. As for the fries, again a more seconds in the frier and they would be crispy, not on the limp side. Beers are always cold.

I can only speak to our server, so take this with context. She was sort of friendly and on the spot when you asked her for something, but she was in no way proactive. I had to waive her down most times, as our glasses would remain empty otherwise, and they weren’t even that busy. It is so easy to swing by and ask if your customers need anything.

If you’re looking for the ultimate spot to catch a game, have incredible food, and actually enjoy the vibe from start to finish — this is it. From the second you walk in, you can tell this place is run with intention, and that starts with Ashley. She manages this place like an absolute pro, and it shows in every detail.
The food? Solid across the board. Everything comes out fresh, flavorful, and consistent — no shortcuts, no misses. It’s the kind of menu where you know whatever you order is going to hit.
The staff is genuinely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything even when it’s packed for a big game. You can feel that the team works well together, which makes the whole experience that much better.
And the drinks? Let’s just say they are strong in the best possible way. Perfectly made, no skimping, and exactly what you want when you’re posted up for a full game day.
Hands down the best spot to watch any sports game — great screens, great energy, great crowd. Whether you’re there for kickoff, tip-off, or just a night out, this place delivers every single time. Huge shoutout to Ashley for running such an amazing operation. You’ve set the bar high!
