I visited this KFC location today around 9:40 PM, well before their posted closing time at 10:00 PM. However, the staff had already locked the doors and refused to take any orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this branch — it happened once before as well.
If the restaurant closes early every day, they should update their official hours. Customers come trusting the posted time, and it’s extremely disappointing to arrive on time only to find the doors locked and service denied. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Employees were pleasant and polite. The food is average. I just wish they would fix the soda machine on the lobby. It’s been broken for years, and you can tell by looking at it. You can do better pesi co. Update 2025! Drink machine is fixed. Thanks KFC!

I came on a sunday night and on a tuesday night and the manager Helena always goes over and beyond and super helpful. And it’s very hard to find great customer service, even with a picky eater like myself, people like her needs to get awarded for her customer service. Rather, she get promoted or get some type of bonus incentive. But customer service is very hard to come by. And she delivers every time.

Can anybody tell me why KFC charges almost $5 for a side order of mashed potatoes and the employee only puts a teaspoon worth of mashed potatoes inside the cup? I promise you it was only 25cent worth of mashed potatoes inside my cup, I don’t understand what I was paying for, the cup or the rule employee , I know that KFC would not lose any money if the mashed potatoes fill up the cup that it’s served in. It’s still overpriced, but I would have more respect if you at least give me 50% worth of mashed potatoes minus the attitude and move understanding. Don’t give me more cup than mashed potatoes, especially when potatoes are $3.57 a bag at Walmart! Come on management it’s enough greed in the world already, don’t add mashed potatoes to the list

The workers really need to pay attention they got my pickup order wrong and almost rang me up for the wrong dessert item , double wheammy of mistakes I was so annoyed going home I was nice the whole time it was even pack no other customer was there but me don’t get why they seem overwhelmed ♀️

This was me and my kids first time eating from here and it will be the last… me and my daughter got our food pretty quick while my sons took 20 minutes… my tenders were so small they were basically nuggets…. The place itself looked like it’s been shut down for years… the door doesn’t close, it’s dirty as hell and the amount of bugs in the kfc lights above the tables were unbelievable… the only compliment I can give is the cashier who took our order was the sweetest lady!!

Unpleasant employees at this location during the night shift. They were out of many drink options and gave me just two carbonated drinks when I told the drive through lady she took them back and said she will bring them out to us if we pulled around. We waited in the car and no one came outside with the drinks so I just walked in and no one acknowledged me or said anything after I took the drink cups they filled up that were just sitting out. The girl just stared at me when I took the drink and she walked away without any acknowledgement. When I got home to eat the meal the biscuit wasn’t even fully cooked and was raw dough in the center and my kfc bowl had no gravy on it? I specifically mentioned the gravy and said they could use extra i wouldn’t be mad and I got one with no gravy

Stopped at this location after my dr appt and I must say that I was very pleased. The chicken was fresh and juicy and the Mac and cheese was very delicious. Hats off to the cook.
