I like going here just because it’s actually cheap, and faster than everything else. Why go to McDonald’s and pay $15 for a meal when you could literally get two hot and ready pizzas for the same price. The only comparable deal is burger king with their rodeo burger, but that doesn’t taste as good.

Long wait. Paid for extra sauce but it was to much for them to put some in a ketch up cup. Even after asking the manager. One youngan was pulling his weight but the girl was sweet but not suited for that line of work

I thought greeting the customer was just an engrained part of customer service. Walled in to pick up my order, got stared down by the two girls up front who didnt say anything to me and looked like “Why would you interrupt our conversation” got acknowledged by neither as they went into the back to continue their conversation. Dont pick up often so I went back through my guest account to see a code to put in, I know its too much work for them apparently but that knowledge would have been nice. I grabbed a Mountain Dew and was going to buy some sauces, the girls never came back so I put the Mtn Dew back and ended up with no sauce. Won’t be coming back.

Every time we order from this location, the pizza is flat, soggy, and if delivered, it’s ALWAYS cold. As a franchisee I can’t believe this pizza gets out the door like this. However, it’s above par for Hastings pizza, so they get one more star. The proofing on this dough is off. That’s why it’s flat.

I like when you walk in that “most” of the time you are greeted. As sometimes they are really busy and can’t but they do try their best to acknowledge when a customer arrives. The place is always spotless and I love hearing the employees in the back talking and appearing to be “having fun at work” That also creates a great inviting atmosphere when customers arrive
