The manager gave the ceremonial welcome to move but the server o Of my food was Removed. You literally can count the grains of rice for the rice everything else after that was the very same,Meager!!!
( Accounted 9 pieces of chicken when I got my bowl).
The only thing that she was heavy-handed with was the condiments lettuce tomatoes and the different sauces.
The place is clean but that’s because we were the only ones in there.
But the servers Is deplorable the manager a gentleman at the time recognized that we were frustrated and tried to engage with us but it had already gone bad
Then when I went to check out I didn’t have an option to not leave a tip.
The serving wasn’t warranted of a tip plus the cost of the food.

Shrinkflation has hit moes I guess. I ordered a homewrecker and got a burrito smaller than a closed fist. Also ordered a cup of guacamole and got half a cup. great

It’s obvious the new owners are trying to pay for their renovation by skimping customers on portions. Just look at some of the most recent reviews.
Been coming to this location for nearly 15 years and received the smallest taco I’ve ever seen at a Moes and the least amount of chips ever received in an order. One half scoop of protein split between two tacos. 6 total pieces of chicken per taco. Back just a few months ago you got a respectable scoop per taco. New floors and countertops dont justify being insulted by quantity. Do better.

The remodel and new staff here is such a huge improvement. I have always loved Moe’s food but this location prior to the recent changes had really gone downhill. That has totally changed in last few weeks and this location is now one of my favorite Moe’s in Atlanta!

This Moe’s said it was newly renovated under new owners so my mom and I went to check it out. I will say, the establishment seemed clean, but the lady who I assume was the manager was extremely rude to my mom and I and the two kind employees that were working there. The employees seemed extremely nervous around the manager and the manager was either mumbling rudely to us, or when we asked her to repeat because we didn’t hear her she was yelling at us rudely. She was over the employees shoulder’s whenever they put any topping or any ingredient into my bowl. I ordered a bowl, and she was telling the employee working on my bowl how much rice to give me. They gave me one scoop and there was so little rice, I could see the bottom and edges of the bowl. The bowl doesn’t have to be stuffed, but when just the bowl costs $11+ I would like the rice to at least fill the bottom, I have not been to any other Moe’s where I have been given this little food. Then the manager yelled at me when I asked if I could scan my rewards app because it was “already loaded on” but I hadn’t given it yet so there’s no way it would have been, and the discounts I had were not displayed. We will not be going back.

Came in to order a Moe cheese, Moe meat bowl 7/3 around 2:50PM and the 2 ladies up front were so rude and disrespectful. The 1st lady was asking what I wanted until we got to the queso before I could ask for it on the side, we didn’t ask and just poured and pushed it down. I told the 2nd I wanted the queso on the side and she just stared. I stated it again and she said well she put it on there already and you didn’t say anything before. I said she didn’t give me a chance and I still want it on the side. Lady still standing there looking crazy and then said that was extra. I said can you start over and she still just stared. At that point, I said nevermind, grabbed my coworker and just walked out. Im not paying money for them to make my food how they want and then the portion sizes they started with were no more than a regular bowl. I went to Qdoba instead and had an awesome experience as a first time customer. The staff is lazy and needs customer service training.

Super clean. The food was great. The pinto beans are dry beans and cooked in house. The best pinto beans I have had in a restaurant. The homewreak was great. I will definitely be back.

Don’t go here. I was served raw chicken. Additional this location goes heavy on the rice and VERY light on protein. I recommend going anywhere else… Hard to tell from the picture but the chicken is pink and smells like sushi.

Just came by MOES for lunch. Been a while, this establishment has had a nice upgrade new colors and much cleaner than previously , the food was real good this time (had a homewrecker) and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, there is obviously new mngmt , We will certainly be back..
