The food was absolutely incredible! Our group of 7 was extremely satisfied. The service was a little but slow, but only because the restaurant was very busy. Overall our server Deyvid was excellent and very attentive, and the entire staff operated on a nice team approach. I recommend this place 1000 times over!

What a disappointment! Why bother having menus when the staff obviously know better what I want to eat?
I asked for Argentinian steak and 4 avocados, nothing else. The Waiter suggested avocado salad, no, I wand avocado only.
No sides, only steak and avocado.
I started good, I asked for tea, COCA and MOJITO tea, should be good for the altitude sickness. Black tea.
After a while they come to tell me that they did not have an Argentinian steak, but I could have Peruvian, no problem
When the food came it was delivered salad and one avocado. I asked for the other avocado and they brought TWO and after the steak was finished.

I was craving anticuchos, so I decided to try Uchu Steakhouse. To my surprise, they didn’t serve real anticuchos, but they were still tasty.
The maracuya juice was too sweet for my taste, but it was homemade and refreshing, unlike the store-bought flavor.
As appetizers, we had guacamole and their version of anticuchos. For the main course, I ordered mixed cuts of chicken, sausage, and beef, grilled and served on a hot volcanic stone with sweet potatoes and house salad. I was glad I had chosen sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, as they were dried (my mom ordered the andean potatoes).
For dessert, I ordered a chocolate cake that was like a molten lava cake with chocolate mousse, and a chocolate truffle sitting there on the side. It was good, but not the best fine chocolate I’ve ever had. I wish the dessert had been accompanied by lucuma or vanilla ice cream to cut through the chocolate sweetness.
Overall, the food was good, but not the best I’ve ever eaten, especially for the price. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The food was simply wonderful! The meat was cooked to perfection super juicy and full of flavor and the tubers were incredible, carefully prepared and beautifully highlighting the local ingredients in an authentic way. You can truly taste the care and quality in every detail of the dish, perfectly representing the cuisine and local flavors.
I also have to especially praise Deyvid’s service, which was exceptional! He was very attentive, polite, and helpful, truly making a difference in the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the loveliest meal at Uchu, all the meat was super fresh and tender off the hot stone! Our server was Manu who was exceptional in his attentiveness and us gave great recommendations. He was funny, helpful and professional, thank you, Manu!
We got two of the hot stone plates, one with beef, alpaca and pork, the other beef, house sausage and shrimp and both with the native crispy potatoes – all delicious! To follow a banana and lucuma cake with butterscotch sauce which was too tasty to have time to grab a picture of. The restaurant is calm and nicely lit, perfect for a relaxing dinner.

Wow, folks! Just had the BEST dinner at Peru steakhouse in Cusco. Fresh ceviche whipped up sizzling in front of us – talk about showtime! The meat platter? Juicy, hot, kept frying on its own… yum! Deyvid was our star server – super kind, explained every bite, even turned olives into cherry magic and shared the secret recipe! Paired it with amazing local wine too. Five stars, hands down – go hungry!”

The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was just amazing. It was my first time trying alpaca steak. It tasted a bit like lamb, and my partner loved it so much!

Excellent food and excellent attention to detail. I reluctantly tried Alpaca for the first time and it was incredible! The staff even remembered that I was celebrating an anniversary. Probably the best dining experience my entire Cusco visit.
