The sushi was very flavorful and fresh. My wife and I enjoyed the variety of food that you can order. The owner Chef Young would talk to us whenever he had time and would teach us about the food and his culture. Nothing beats eating delicious food paired with some learning. We had such a great time on our first visit we had to go back for seconds. Will definitely visit here again in the future. Thank you Chef Young

Food and the service are great. It runs by a Korean family which I had a little conversation with them. Very nice and friendly family. A bit pricey probably because of the location? But i would definitely come back here☺️ I loved their taiyaki(japanese waffle with red bean)

The worst sushi I’ve ever tried since I were born. Anyone could make a better one than your chef! The sashimi was so thin that two people ate 100 dollars and still felt they hadn’t had enough.

The sushi was great here! We had the California roll, the spicy tuna roll, and the The dynamite – had a nice crunch to it, definitely the top roll for us. We also ordered the Udon soup, delicious. Service wasn’t great, but the restaurant was busy and they only had one server. The interior is a bit bland and very small. But the food was great.

I was quite disappointed with the food quality here. The sushi wasn’t as fresh or flavorful as I expected from a local sushi bar. Honestly, the sushi I’ve tried at Foodyworld tasted much better in comparison. I didn’t feel the meal was worth the money spent.I would recommend that they focus on using fresher ingredients and preparing freshly made sushi to improve the overall experience.

Extremely rude host. Restaurant was completely empty when we walked in around 2 pm with our group of 8. Host scolded us for not making a reservation, then didn’t show us to a table. We found our own table but left because of how rude he was to all of us as soon as we walked in. We weren’t disruptive or loud upon walking in, just two small families, so I can only assume this was discrimination based on our being South Asian. Very disappointed in the treatment.

I never leave negative reviews but would not recommend this place. If you read all the 1 star reviews, they are mostly from other people with south asian names vs the 5 star reviews. Seems to be a pattern in service offered.

Excellent sushi!
My husband ordered the Dragon Roll and I got the Sushi & Sashimi combo. It was all so delicious and the fish tasted very fresh. I also got a hand roll (I love hand rolls) and the spicy salmon hand roll was great. The hot saki is a must to pair with the Sushi dinner, it was the first saki I’ve ever liked.
Chef Young was both our chef and our server because it was a slow night, and he did a fantastic job balancing the roles. He was attentive and personable, we really enjoyed chatting with him. The wait for food was very minimal and everything tasted so good.

Ordered via phone and went to pick up, they got our order but “forgot” to make it, after a long wait handed my husband something not resembling our order at all. Sent him back again, got original order but not fresh and no apologies. I then (annoyed) brought cold order back and asked for a refund…I’m told that won’t fly with the chef and to wait an hour for our food. I’m then annoyed and ask if they can pay my professional hourly rate for the back and forth. They don’t want to do that so they try to refund is (without giving us any food for our time,) their terminal says”above maximum refund” and they claim a language barrier. I then finally raise my voice and express my frustration…every head in the restaurant turns to me and I find 85.88 thrust into my hands. 3 hungry hours wasted.
