Having dinner at this Chili’s establishment was worth going and eating there. The staff worked like clockwork. The food was delicious along with the beverage. The easiest way to pay the receipt/check was a good process to engage after dining in.

Stopped there for dinner last night and had a nice meal. Our server George was super nice and very accommodating. The cajun shrimp pasta was pretty good too!

Chili’s food is consistent with any Chili’s you may visit. We ordered the triple dipper to share and our friend ordered the 3 for me. Plus we got the complimentary chips & salsa because of my account. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner. Also the lava cake was an absolute splurge but soooo worth the extra thousand calories.
Furthermore, the 5 stars is mainly because of the AMAZING service by our Emily! We had to call the manager over just to praise her quality of service! We never had to ask for a refill she was already showing up with a refilled glass, when we needed another basket of chips she was was coming up behind us with a fresh one. Impeccable service and genuine hospitality! From now on whenever we want a Chili’s dinner at this location, we will call ahead and beg for Emily to be our server, if you’ve had the pleasure of her service you already know she deserves a 40% tip every time!

I liked it here! Food was decent enough and the portion sizes were good! Lots of choices on the menu too! The service was great! It was somewhere I really wanted to try and glad I did!

I visited Chili’s for lunch, there were no wait and the atmosphere is not too loud and the service was friendly. I had the big smasher burger which I would highly recommend, seasoned to perfection with a smoky taste I also had the crispy chicken crispers combo with a side of mozzarella sticks. Overall I would recommend returning to chili’s.

We have not been to Orlando in 6 years and this was always a place we would always visit before without fail.
It’s changed inside and no complaints from us,the staff were great,the food was just as good as before.
We are so glad we returned & will no doubt be back before we depart.

We ordered door dash from here and were so disappointed! Chillis was all over our Tik Tok so we were desperate to try. We both ordered the chicken crispers which weren’t at all crispy but instead soft and rubbery. We struggled to even bite through the chicken due to the consistency of it, we both left all of our chicken because it was so unpleasant.
Compared to our wingstop we had on this trip we couldn’t understand why the chicken crispers were so rubbery, it wasn’t fresh at all.
The mozzarella sticks didn’t have much flavour, there seemed to be all the flavour in the tin foil instead of over the dippers. These were okay but very salty.
I ordered a big tub of the avocado ranch and wouldn’t get this again, it tasted like watery sour cream and again this was left.
Overall wouldnt recommend! Food quality is very poor and so is presentation.

Came in this evening. Was seated straight away. Then ignored for 20 mins until another server offered to take our order as he could find our server.
Drinks came promptly thats when it all ended!
My food arrived after 20 minutes or so, my wife’s meal hadn’t turned up 20 minutes later!!! We asked and asked only to be told that there had been an error in the kitchen with her meal. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for my wife’s meal! My photo shows how we left our table! Our server apologised and told us we were welcome to leave without paying for the drinks! Service was appalling. We visit this chillies 3-4 times every trip, we are pass holder at UOR so spend a number of weeks every few months in the area! It goes without saying we won’t be attending this restaurant any time soon! Walked home, tired and very hungry plus disappointed!!!!

Very good experience and food on 2/24/26 before flying out. Took care of our family well. Food was hot and well made. Kids’ meals are great as their are many options. Three for me was a hit for the adults. The only issue was on refills, the waitress did not catch a few of the change requests for the refill. Also, music was a bit too loud for us. Otherwise, fast service and excellent food.
