Disinterested staff serving overly salty food that’s not particularly fresh. My bowl was more of a consommé because their beans and sofritas aren’t drained, swimming in “gravy” despite my asking the poor guy to shake them out. Lettuce was gross. (See pic.)

i have visited this place when i used to work in las vegas , located inside the Nordstrom Fashion Show Mall Vegas, they have Self service counter with very short and good menu options ,you need to choose your choice of food and order them ,they will make fresh dish in front of you, i order burrito rice bowl ,the good thing is you need to choose your own topping like subway(create your dish), so i choose chicken ,white rice,black beans,fresh tomato salsa, queso ,sour cream,cheese,romain lettuce,side of guacamole.it takes just less then one minute to make your order & its so quick ,that rice bowl taste extremely fresh and good ,i can still feel that taste in my mouth i wish i can taste that same taste in india,please open some of your restaurants in india, highly recommended,must try bon appetite!

I work here at the mall and regularly eat at Chipotle, but I’ve never had service this poor before. There were two girls in front of me who each received one small scoop for their portion size, which already seemed off. Then when it was my turn, the guy serving the food—who I’ve never seen before and looked like he might be new—gave me less than half of a normal portion of chicken.
When I politely asked for a little more, he barely added anything and then I was charged extra for it. On top of that, when I sat down to eat, the food was cold and tasted old, as if it had been sitting out too long.
This experience was disappointing and nowhere near the usual service I expect from this location. I won’t be coming back anytime soon

Ordered via app for 11am. They served 3 or 4 walk in customers before they even noticed my mobile order. Gave me a burrito that was 1/2 the size normal (check picture). For perspective that queso is the small one. When I went back in and asked the register lady, she lied in front of other customers saying the burrito is normal size. Even the customers checking out agreed that mine was 1/2 the size. They also forgot sauce on both my and my wife’s order. Fail.
