I go to KFC/Taco Bell knowing its not going to be the greatest sometimes but this is just stupid. More than half of my order is cold. They say there is no forks/spoons/knives and you can see some behind the counter. The people working don’t even attempt to seem like they care to even be there. I know at the end of the day you want to close but when you have more than an hour to close at LEAST make sure food thats suppose to be hot is actually hot. Not refrigerator cold.

This is a Taco Bell combined with a KFC restaurant. It still has the full Taco Bell menu so you can get everything you would typically get at a standalone unit. It does have a drive-thru or you can eat inside. It is right next to a shopping center offering convenience, if you need to do that too. The service is usually quick as well.

Q was phenomenal! I told him about an allergy and he made sure to tell the line Cooks to wipe down their stations before they even made the order. He took the customers safety above everything else. You don’t see that a lot in the fast food industry. He needs a raise he’s worth every penny! And needs to be protected at all cost! 1000/100 will be returning again.

Waited nearly 20 minutes at the drive-thru on a Tuesday around lunch hour, just to see how long it would take for someone to get to the intercom to receive my order. There was a line behind me too, some started to drive away. I was told they didn’t know someone was at the drive-thru. I’m never given or asked if I need my receipt.

I paid just over $9 for my meal. My taco was thrown in with such force, as you can see, all the fillings landed at one end and into the taco bag. As for the OVERPRICED 2 PC strip meal, my biscuit was also smashed on one half and what is this THING they are calling a strip? $7 for TWO of these odd colored, smaller than my napkin “strips”… but WHAT is that furry looking STUFF on the outside? And WHY do they have those lines on them??? Ick….fed to the dog.

I should mention that the Fowlers no longer own the franchises in Jonesboro. They sold almost all of them to some guy named Chris, i think. There was an article in the local newspaper about it. You can look it up. This must be why the customer service is below average.

At the 12:00 lunch hour, this place should be busy. Now i see why it isn’t. We get there and we are told “the computers are down”. A very nice employee takes our order, writes it down , goes to the back and enters it somewhere. Meanwhile, other customers come in and are waiting with no one to greet them or inform them that they will be waited on. We sit down and wait for our food. No ice in the fountain drink machine when i went to get my drink. It’s the lunch rush, why isn’t everything stocked and ready? When it finally comes out the only way we know that our food is ready is when some other employee walks out smacks the bag on counter, turns to leave and yells out, “Y’ALL ORDER READY”, as if she’s talking to her own kids or cousins or something. There were 5 other people in there, how do the customers know whose order is whose? It is as if we walked into somebody’s home. The manager was at one of the registers taking another order when this happened and she didn’t even bat an eye. Our orders were correct and nothing was missing. No smiles or any kind of friendly service except from the initial employee that took our order and she was wearing a bonnet like she was at the salon. I sure hope the manager addresses that unprofessional and extremely lax and casual service from the employee that delivered our food to the counter. The manager and employees might benefit from some life coaching. It seems they have problems/situations at home or in their lives that is causing them to have a negative outlook and dismal attitude thus affecting the customer service. There was also an employee hiding out in the men’s bathroom. My husband went to use the facilities and a young man was in there complaining and mumbling to himself that he was “tired of being here, i wanna go home.” Well, guess why the ice dispenser was empty? Yup, because the employee whose job it was to refill it was hiding out and whining in the bathroom. Also, the bottom of the bathroom stall doors are really high do when you sit on the toilet, the bottom of the door comes to you kneecaps. You feel very exposed.

I went in to place my order about 2:50 or so today. I ordered a 2piece ORIGINAL meal and 4 soft shell tacos. I got my food and a receipt and went home. Didn’t look in the bag because I’d never had an issue with food from here. Get home within minutes and couldn’t eat ANY of the meal. Chicken was cold and hard and the mashed potatoes were gritty and the whole thing looked old like it had been sitting for a while. Check the receipt so I could call in to complain but the receipt isn’t for my order. So no point in calling plus I paid in cash so I can’t dispute the transaction. Sad thing is my dog wouldn’t even eat it so I just took a loss on that one. Never again ‍♀️

This location is by far one of the worst. Staff is rude, yelling across the store cursing and the whole dining room was filthy! We literally had to clean a table just to sit down to eat. The newer employee that was taking our order had absolutely no help from any senior employees so it took 15mins to place our order. Drink station is filthy as well. Our order was wrong to top everything else off. Now I know why this place was so empty.
