Absolute bottom of the barrel service tried to order pizza and highly loved crazy bread but crazy bread no Parmesan.. fast forward month or 2 later gave em chance again and the crazy bread with no Parmesan. The flavor comes from the Parmesan. Also pizza puffs another favorite were not on par with freshness. Tried again tonight no Parmesan and wanted to try the pretzel stuffed crust didn’t come with the pretzel stuffed crust and had an order of pizza puffs that are hard around the crust. These orders can’t remember dates but just to say the service doesn’t turn around over the span of these orders.. it’s definitely a gamble if you get hot and ready.

This by far is the best Little Ceasars around.i had a not so good one at a different location and I can tell you one thing The people are great at this location..The food is always piping hot like it just came out of the oven.!!! Mariah was so helpful recommended the new Philly cheese steak puffs and they are my new favorite thing. Just awesome overall experience.

Like most places if there is no rush happening, those pizzae are NOT going to be hot, but they are ready.
I’d feed there pizzas in the warmer to the losing basketball team.
Ordering special pizzas might yield a freshly prepared pie.
I will never do their delivery, not even to try.
The staff is cool though, it’s a small team of faithful employees, it’s always the same few when I visit.

My pizza was barely edible it was so burnt there was no sauce on it! I ordered 2 sauces and they were freezing cold. No problems at any other location only this one! Very disappointing when this was your first meal of the day!

We ordered two pizzas, one deep dish and one regular, and breadsticks. We love going here! The Parmesan cheese was hard to find on our Crazy Breadsticks yesterday, but we will always order them! The breadsticks are buttery with Parmesan cheese sprinkled and the perfect amount of chew. They aren’t hard to bite at all, which is nice! The pizzas were amazing!

I forgot the young man’s name but I walked into the little Caesars off of county road 42 in Burnsville and there was 15 people waiting as their computer system had gone down. He handled it with the utmost professionalism. He was calm cool collected and gave realistic updates to each customer who didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes as they knew exactly what was happening. Kudos to this man. He deserves a raise for that performance

This is an order of Cheesy Stuffed bread(3 ea.order) the marinara it comes with. 2 standard 6.00 cheese pizzas, and a stuffed crust pizza with blk olives, and mushrooms. Now, I get it not being fresh mushrooms. I also get few olives..BUT, this has got to be 3 small blk olives and 1/4 can of the smallest can of mushrooms you can buy. Plus, the sadly stuffed crust…”Little Caesar’s” please bring the quality up even if it’s another dollar lol..I remember the days where “pizza, pizza” meant you got 2 for 1 pizzas. Then there’s the matter of trying to place an order. Whether it be online or on the phone. Online-an hour later still no order because yes, it’ll take your card and you accept all the conditions of allowing spam and more to your email. Yet, order STILL doesn’t go through. Then, you TRY to call to place your order. Lol! After calling 3x and getting some weird automated messages, trying to literally get rid of you. Sending you to this or that mailbox.. NEVER giving you a real person that answers the phone. Ohhh… Little caesar’s why? Do you not want the customers? We finally gave up and just drove, ordered and waited! Not what you want when it’s dinner, a pandemic and more. Love your pizza crust and other things, but idk that the hassle is worth saving dollars when you’re talking time, stress, gas, and cheap toppings or cold pizza by the time you get it home. You’re not saving much anymore!

Now listen usually this place treats me alright, and the employees are nice. But the other day my pizza (which I uploaded pictures of) looked like stained glass. It had a DUSTING of crust under the cheese and somehow that was undercooked. It’s truly a remarkable sight, never before seen. It has bothered me for days now, I had to share.

Better quality if you order in store rather than ohone or ap for some reason. The ap is not very reliable – sign in issues and problems completing order are perpetual. Usually the pizza hits the spot and is well cooked, but some days – especially when they’re busy the quality starts to slip. Overall ita Little Ceasars and will always be a fav for its flavor and ease.
