I love supporting small businesses, but you need to get the fundamentals right. After dinner, we went back to get my little brother some shaved ice and ourselves some ice cream. The service was okay. Maybe they were having a rough day and didn’t seem ready to serve customers, but presence should definitely be prioritized. A joyful and excited lil kid was cheering for some rainbow shaved ice and matching some of the energy would have made the experience better. At least they served the rainbow shaved ice like the picture after asking us if that’s what the kid wanted. The soft serve was also okay. The soft serve is basically just plain vanilla with an outer lining of flavor like a drizzle, so the actual flavor only lasts like 2 minutes. So all in all, it’s an alright place. Lil steep of a price for the ice cream and definitely over priced for the service.
It’s a good stop for alright product.

I had a delightful experience at Bryce’s Ice Cream! The ice cream was incredibly tasty, and the prices were reasonable, especially for a tourist area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making it an even more enjoyable visit. The overall ambiance of the spot was adorable, making it the perfect place for a quick, sweet treat. Highly recommended!

One of the best tasting Soft serve ice-cream I ever had in recent days.
It is vanilla flavored softie with the hint of any flavor that we choose from the menu board on the truck. The flavor itself does not overpower yet enough to get you the taste of the flavor.
Had 3 flavor in 2 days time. A must try for all who visits Niagara falls. Best part is they are open till 10PM for your late night ice-cream cravings.
We enjoyed the fireworks and night lights at the falls with the ice-cream cone.
The truck is located right opposite the State park entrance and easily located.

An average overpriced vanilla ice cream. Although they have multiple flavors, you can hardly taste them as there is a thin line of flavor around the ice cream. Not impressed by the service, we were at the window 9:35 PM and the attendant refused to serve us shaved ice cream as they are closing at 10PM, my daughters wanted shaved ice cream badly. I even requested the attendant , however my request was not accepted.

Great place to get an ice cream! The ice cream has a great taste and the cone is fresh. I got the vanilla and chocolate swirl with chocolate sprinkles and it was delicious. I got more than one of these during my trip to Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place!
